Recomp is the goal, i came back from my honeymoon roughly five pounds heavier. Now, without working out for eight days and eating whatever and whenever i wanted, you can guess it wasnt muscle mass i put on. I dropped three pounds already, now ill stay at 160 and recomp this FAT.
