    First off huge shout out to formutech for allowing me to log this product. Formutech is not as well known as many companies so I am super excited to try out this product. The profile looks amazing. I will post my stats and more about the product tomorrow but I just wanted to get the log up and started. Also, since tomorrow is an off day I will start using it on friday.

    First off i had to stick my finger in the powder to get a taste haha. Smelled too good not too and it was like candy on my finger, hope its as good in water.

    Ok so tomorrow i the big day....day 1 with endurance...cant wait.......my plan is to take one scoop as i start to work out and sip throughout my workout, my guess is it wont last the whole workout, but i will then use just plain bcaas, dont wanna use up my bottle too quick........HOWEVER tomorrow I will be splitting my workout due to time constraints and actually having two separate workouts soooo i will be using 2 scoops haha.

    Stats:
    5'9 160

    Maxes are approximates - never actually completed these numbers but quite close
    Bench - 235
    Squat - 325
    DL - 425

    Diet - currently following IF but a transitioning from how i was doing it. I was doing just one huge meal a day at night which honestly i loved, it was like the reward for all the hard work throughout the day and i never had to carry food with me. However it kept me from being able to go out cuz i had to eat all night long and although i enjoy eating all that food at once i dont think it is smart to have such a stretched out stomach that i need to at ridiculous amounts of food to feel full. (this is why i destroy every eating challenge i do haha cuz i was eating more than these challenges every night)
    I now am shooting for 16-18 our fast with 3 meals in my 6-8 hour feeding window

    supplements: whey protein (usually as part of meals), fish oil, vit d, vit c, slin sane v2 with high carb meals, b complex, multi vitamin. endurance, and for preworkout currently using lecheek speed x 3 with different samples from the arnold thrown in sometimes.

    I also am trying to follow a carb cycling diet - low/no carb days are my off days where all carbs come from veggies, dairy and nuts.
    moderate carb days are 200g (275 protein, 188 fat), high carb days are 400g (200 protein, 111 fat) and shooting for 3600-4000 on workout days, on non workout days shooting for 2400-3000 although today got more around 3600 cuz i did alot of cardio cuz thats how i study and stay awake at th same time (on the eliptical) lol I am currently working on my masters in nutrition and just finished with my bachelors work in exercise science

    Also, I am on 100mgs test cyp as trt :-(

    workouts will consist of a heavy compound movemnt for low reps, usually5x5 and maybe a max try prior to the 5x5 followed by some sort of speed work then hypertrophy work. I like alot of volume and feel like it suits me best. Lately I ahve been really trying to disregard weight and really feel the muscle work and try to really break it down and justthis last week I have been more sore than i can remember in my chest and back so im excited for things to come........ill post some pics from not too long ago and then hopefully have some pics when the log is over.

    I will be having surgery at the beginning of may that will keep me outta the gym for probably a month at the least so i wanna get up to 17- relatively cleanly by then so when im bed ridden i have some fat to lose i guess (im pretty worried about that)

    these are actually from december so ive probably put on about 5lbs since then......... i feel like look a little better than thee pic do me justice but w/e always improving!

    i was told by others that that is low......either way, hoping to make some nice gains from it, gotta try not to overtrain as much as i have been in the past

    yea believe it or not up until last week i was doin 5000 all in one big ass meal cuz iw as doin tons of cardio and needed th cals, it was nice eating so much food but got pretty filling lol

    Todays workout : shoulders/bis

    mixed up a scoop of endurance pre workout and began sipping throughout my workout........mixed in about 24 oz of water, very strong fruity taste, very good. It did not mix completely, but i say if the bcaas arent floating there isnt much bcaa in there.....within like 20 minutes it was completely disolved though. i must say i really like the profile on this, the added glutamine is awsome too! whole workout felt good today.

    DB twist curls - 4 sets - i do as many as i can at the same time then do the rest alternating! sick pumps!
    High cable curls - 4 sets drop on last set
    ez bar cable 21s - 4 sets!

    pretty focused the whole workout which is tough sumtimes when you train fasted lol

    looking forward to see how this helps my leg workout tomorrow, they are usually pretty rough haha

    ok so today was only day 2 on endurance and......it def made a difference. I dont just say these things if i dont believe them. MY workout took FOREVER but i felt great the whole time. I ended up doing some things i didnt plan on and spent alot of tiem talking which i normally dont do but I was more or less being a motivational speaker to my buddy. We shot some video so hopefully ill get that up her whenever he posts it. I was amazed how great i felt even after maxing out in squats, doing 5x5 front squats then maxing out in DLs THEN went into my hypertrophy work!!!

    Worked up to 315 in back squat.......goin higher next week def can do more

    Regular deads are more hip and lower back dominant, sumo hits quads harder. All about preference! I like sumos.

    Excellent work in here! Takes commitment to do high rep squats. Probably the most demanding thing you can do

    yea, my tear drop is sore today....though my glutes and hams would be more sore from the sumos although i didnt do many reps so maybe thats why. I hear ya on the high rep squats I love them but hate them, they are a cardio workout in their own which is awsome!


    planned on training today but it was super nice out and rode my bike all over and decided to take today off. I will be training with my cousin who is coming from out of town this week gotta show him how to train hard! hes just getting into lifting and bodybuilding so hopefully I can keep him interested he seems very motivated so I am pretty pumped. Back on that endurance tomorrow!!!!!

    just to clarify it was a bicycle not a motorcycle lol...........but anyways, i was able to get on it again today which was awsome! gotta love saving gas money esp when i just spent $100 on food today

    chest/tris today

    was working out with my cousin so did a decent amount o talking and explaining things since hes starting to get pretty into lifting and bodybuilding so the workout took a while

    bench 5x5 working up to 195 for 5 - strength was def. down today, no idea why since yest. was an off day, maybe low on cals yest from all the bike riding and cardio.....

    clean - 155 8 sets of 2

    barbell incline - havent done this in a while but had a spotter so i said wth haha

    4 sets 10-12 drop on last set, also, forced reps on last set of almost every pressing exercise

    weighted dips - 4 sets drop to BW on last set

    decline db - 4 sets 10-15

    DB bench with twist (start neutral twist to regular) amazing contraction with these 3 sets 12-15

    fst 7- fly machine

    db overhead ext

    60x9 drop 40

    smith machine cg bench with bands - this helps to really overload the triceps without involving the chest too much since it gets harder at the end of the ROM.
    4 sets 10-12 drop on last set

    rope press down 4 sets 10-15 drop on last 3!!!

    endurance def helped me through another rough one today, no doubt this is helping my stamina..... i dont always notice effects form a product like this but normally i usually just sip plain bcaas when training but this makes quite the difference!!!!

    chest supported row

    3 sets last 2 were a brutal drop with holding a stretch position between each drop plus forced reps and made sure my partner took the weights off while i was still holding and stretching so it was continuous tension for what seemed like eternity haha

    finished off with 3 sets of pulldowns with a few forced reps!! its cool getting forced reps on back day!!!

    chest supported row

    3 sets last 2 were a brutal drop with holding a stretch position between each drop plus forced reps and made sure my partner took the weights off while i was still holding and stretching so it was continuous tension for what seemed like eternity haha

    finished off with 3 sets of pulldowns with a few forced reps!! its cool getting forced reps on back day!!!

    a partner is awsome if they are focused but the workouts do take longer but they can really helpwith the intensity with forced reps

    ok so todays workout was unique to say the least, very early on was great then horrible then awsome haha

    front squat- lat few times i tried 265 i couldnt get it....today it went up super easy. so i decided to put on 275...well i added wrong cuz i had a 45 and 2 25s plus 2 10s so i was doing alot more......went down probably couldve faught through but backed out and hurt my wrist bad....felt a snap..... :-( took a break, ended up fighting through it and got a hell of a workout in , luckily it was leg day, not gonna be doing any upper body for a while.

    back squat

    225x5
    245x5
    255x5
    265x5
    265x5

    leg ext
    4 sets 10-15 double drop on 3 sets

    leg press

    4 sets double drop on last 2 sets - used rest pause to 20 reps with the heaviest weight then 15 then 15 then 50 (actually did 100 on the last set)

    hack squat -

    4 sets 10-15 forced reps lat 2 forced and drops on last set

    back squat 3 sets to failure with 155 constant tension and forced reps on last two sets!

    seated hamstring curls 4 sets 10-15 drop on last 2

    lying hamstraing curls - 4 sets 10-15

    couldnt do any rdls cuz i cant hold onto anything so i did some cable glute kickbacks and adductor machine

    Pretty much, i did 2 sessions lower body and hips. Now doing a few on upper body then going back, pretty much just alternating.
