About Me:

31 yo. I'm currently on week 4, phase one of P90X for cutting. I also steal time in the gym, just don't tell my p90x group.

Also taking:
Creatine mono (started 2.5 wks ago)
OxyECA Black (started today, 3/6/13)
I currently don't take any PWO or any other supplement. The only PWO I've taken before is NO2 (3 yrs ago) and Jack3D (2012).

I am taking a plain BCAA, but won't be starting tomorrow when I start the Formutech ENDURANCE log.

Measurements (taken 3/5/13) :

Weight (3/6/13): 190.8
Neck: 15.94
Arm (R, dropped by my side): 15.81
Waist: 38.5
Hips: 37.25
Calves: 15.33
Chest: 41.75
Forearm: 11.5
Thighs: 25.25

I can't wait to get this rolling! I think tomorrow I will do Bi's and Tri's and whatever is on the P90X schedule (Yoga, Core, or stretch)

P90X is solid for cutting and maintaining current mass. These BCAA's will definitely aid in your goals. Formutech doesn't disappoint, these are sure to be outstanding. This log will determine whether I buy a tub of Perform or Endurance.

The taste IS as good as everyone says. I'm kinda on the other end of the spectrum; I don't care much for juices and fruit drinks, but the ENDURANCE is really good. I read on someone's log that they drink their second scoop while working out. I should have taken an extra scoop with me. I ended up adding more water when my shaker was about a third full.

Also, I noticed there was no "stranded grit" when I went to wash it last night. The stuff I was using before would cake up and I'd have a shake contest to clean it out. Not with ENDURANCE. It mixes quite well.

I don't know when my next gym day is but it felt good going yesterday. I was a little week, but p90x can do that I suppose.

Treadmill warmup:
1m 3.5mph, 1x5, 1x5.5, 1x6, 1x5.5, 1x5, 1x3.5 (heart rate 167 at start of final minute)

Super set one:
*BB Curls (no, I don't use the squat rack. I have a photo to prove it)
105x5, 95x5, 85x5 (2sec squeeze at top, slow negative)
*Skull Crushers
90x10, 90x10, 90x10

SS 2:
*Tricep Cable Pushdowns
150x8, 150x8, 150x8
*One Arm Hammer DB Preacher Curls
35x5, 30x7, 30x8 (my right hand slows me down here. Still weaker from a fractured wrist from 2y ago, even though I'm right handed)

Final Super Set:
(Note: the actual dips were 21)

I can't wait to try the Volatile with my next lifting day. The next few days with p90x are core stuff. I'm excited to see where I'm at at the end. I'm dropping mad weight and I know ENDURANCE is helping my muscles stick around. Speaking of weight, the last two days I've done 2100 calls instead of 1700. I'll go back to 17 when the scale balances a little. It's showing almost 1# loss/day all week.

Ah so it mixes a melon green, like midori or whatever that liquor is. I received mine last night, so my log will be up soon. Glad all is well

Yeah, Karson loves the Melon Perform BCAA's, and it isn't bad for her to drink, except when I mix in creatine and/or DAA. Or citrulline, or agmatine, or preworkout. :)

I took a beating on Plyometrics today. I thought it may have been because of my fat burner but I think it's partially to do with my VERY low carbs yesterday. My HR was high and I had to take several breaks. I even felt fatigued at the end.

I had a 1/2 scoop extra mid workout to try and help with the fatigue feeling. I've been trying to use my el cheapo BCAA's for post WO's up until feeding because I don't want to waste the ENDURANCE, and I'm waiting until I get near the end of my tub before ordering more (DrewSicle keeps trying to push PERFORM on me).

Looking forward to a weight lifting day tomorrow and trying a VOLATILE sample too!!!

I took a beating on Plyometrics today. I thought it may have been because of my fat burner but I think it's partially to do with my VERY low carbs yesterday. My HR was high and I had to take several breaks. I even felt fatigued at the end.

Honestly, it's hard enough for me to eat the calories I am without throwing in junk. I feel like I'm always stuffing myself.

Only since I started IF. I can't wait for the first meal and then it's like "damn, I have _X_ calories to fit in in the next 8 hours"!

yea i take in thousands of cal in a sitting its all about mixing bunch of stuff together!!! your cals are pretty low man, how is your strength the fast weight loss kind of concerns me...could be muscle too esp if plyos were more fatiguing this may show that you are losing muscle in your legs......

I don't know about my strength. I mean, my pull-ups and push-ups are improving; curls haven't gotten worse....
But I'm doing p90x. I won't know how much or if my bench or presses went down until its over. I think I'm going to slowly up my cals. 2K today, 2200 by Friday, and try to find a medium.

Height is 5'11", weight this morning was 192.6, but I would bet you money that ill be around 189 tomorrow or Friday. I don't know what my sodium was this weekend because I get no 3G to log what in eating where I was at. Last time I cheated I spiked 5# and leveled back out in 4 days. :/

I'm not sure 22% is likely, but try to get a measurement. it will help determining your BMR.

Thats right around where I have been keeping calories. 1800-2000k I shoot for. First week and half I dropped fast. Now I have stalled. I would think at 300lbs, I would lose weight super fast. It looks so easy on tv haha. If only I could do 5 hour workouts, and have a personal chef

OxyECA BLACK: Taken at 7am

Exercise: Back & Bi’s + Ab Ripper X

Today was the first time I’ve taken a PWO in gosh knows how long, but first time mixing it with the OxyECA BLACK. After yesterday I was a little nervous that my HR was going to fatigue me so quick mixing them, but NO. It confirms my suspicion that my diet caused my fatigue.

Today’s goal will be 2000-2500 cals. I’m going to shoot as high as I can but have to make sure I don’t stretch my stomach too much. I’ve gotten used to my small intake. My P/C/F will now be 45%/30/25. (If someone thinks this is wrong please let me know). My goal is STILL TO CUT! I bulk very easily usually and I expect that after p90x, when I’m back in the gym, that I’ll gain fairly quickly. At least for the first month or two.

My workout felt Amazing. I was pumped and energetic! I wanted to do more! No nauseas-ness, fatigue, or anything close. HR was as steady as if I was only running at 5mph (max, if not lower at times.)

My WO was so-so, but it was my first time doing this routine. I still struggle with pull-ups but that will improve. Bi’s were meh, but because it was my first time here and not knowing my stamina, my weights were off probably. That should change next week.

My workout log is below, and for whatever reason it saves in order from the bottom -> up. I have almost two hours until my first feeding so I’ll update later if anything changes. In the meantime, I get to go drink some BCAA’s!

Get a measuring tape for 9.99 at ***, or cheaper elsewhere, and/or a body fat caliper. Your wife can help you get the measurements.
believe it or not, height, Neck circ, and waist circ comes out fairly close.
