Beginning of April! Just as we finish our tubs basically

  2. Sweet. The melon is very good, but for me it's hard to beat an orange flavored *anything*.

There is a giveaway on fb

  4. Orange should be good. I like the Iforce Compete Tangy Tangerine flavor. So far I like the way I feel on Endurance more though.

  5. In on that!

Tangerine sounds tasty! I don't really have any feeling/taste to compare it to. I'm a supp-noob.

Huh.... How do you manage that on heavy weights? I was missing my straps just on 225 dead lifts yesterday.

I don't even use straps, your grip will never get better if you use them

The chalk helps keep you from slipping from sweat

Gloves are ok, I just see it as an unnecessary layer between you and they also can make your grim fail faster thats just my opinion though

Wrist wraps and knee wraps are a different story. Those are essential for safety at high wieghts

Anytime you have had an injury to your knee elbow or whatever. When you go for a 1 rep max they are great for stability.

  28. You don't want to use them all the time either though, so you can maintain balance between muscle and joint strength

  29. Tomorrow I will be doing clean and jerks at 135 lbs nothing really heavy but ill probably use wrist wraps because it will be a high rep workout

This. Any time you're going balls out with either weight or reps it helps maintain stability so you don't collapse your wrist, sprain it and probably drop the bar on your face. Lol
