Ok, lets get focused. For those who don't know me, my name is Kevin, A.K.A "HokiePride". I took on this nickname for the forums due to the mass killings which took place at ViginiaTech. I never attended the school but since I had a friend who worked on the staff as security I got an opportunity to work the ACC football games from 2007-2012. I worked East side section 3. Yes, right above the 5 yard line. It was a great time and I plan to go back to watch games from time to time. I only quite since I moved to PA from VA.

I'm originally from Lancaster PA. I grew up palying basketball and had high hopes of going pro like any other inner city kid but due to different circumstances that didn't work put. Graduating from Shippensburg University in 97' I was a mere 240lbs on a 6'5 frame. I entered college at 190lbs. Entering the Army I dropped to 218 but quickly gained uit back my junior year becuase I was too light to play center. I was not used to that weight and got pushed around like a rag doll.

Fast forward to today, I weigh 352. Every time I try to lose weight I gained mass. This was due to lifting heavy weight. I'm addicted and don't plan on stopping. Why did I apply for this opportunity? It is due to the fact I have finally dialed my diet, lifting and cardio in. I realized when to back off and when to go hard. I know when to cyle in deloads and when to work on just fast twicth muscle. I have the final blueprint and I'm a few months from 40. Guess what, holding at 352, I'm not your average 6'5 352. I hold some BF but not as much as one may think. Let's put it this way. I turn heads when I walk into a room with a tank top on. I have hit 495x1 with the slingshot, whcih is on YouTube! Maybe not impressive with this training tool but i'm that much closer to hitting it. I plan to make an attempt without the training wheels by years end.

I also have 19.5" biceps, COLD. I want to get them to 21" I'm stoked and I believe 2013 will be my year to shine. This summer people are not going to be ready when I hit the beach in JUNE when for my 40th. If your in for the ride welcome! Thank you FOMUTECH and HVATECH for this aweosme opportunity.

I plan to enter my first Powerlifting event since last year. I have completed 13 in a 2.5 year period between summer 2010-fall 12. I have taken first each and everytime.

I'm feeling good and believe this will be my year to pick up sponsorships. I love to give training advice and my ultimate goal is to hit A 500 BENCH.

Day 8, March 11, 2013

This week I'm at the rig site and ready to go! I'm 12 hours late for my shift this week. I was supposed to begin work at 6am but I made it there at 6pm. Oh well, next time my supervisor needs to inform me of these types of changes. Being in the field allows me to focus hard on the cardio and lifting. When I'm home for a week I train for 3 days only and spend more time with the family.

Tomorrow evening I will begin the week with lower back and wheels. The program goes like this:

Monday: Chest and Back (Lats)

Tuesday: Legs and Lower Back

Wednesday: Abs (core) and Conditioning

Thursday: Conditioning

Friday: Shoulders and Arms (with a bit of extra chest)

At the end of the month I will hit a PR with the Slingshot for this log and get back to RAW lifting to finish out for the cycle. These are all PR lifts I'm shooting for.

Going to Va next week so I have to get it in on Mon 18 Tues. 19 & Sun. 24. The other days will be for travel. Looking so forward to the results. I'm getting close and closer and tightening up well. Swag in the gym continues to rise. Especially when I notice more andorr woman are making it a point to get attention while I'm training. I act like I don't see them by they are now making it a point to do things they didn't do before. Many of them quit hiding themselves, especially ones wearing those tight, ass hugging leggings. I used to see them stretching their shirts to the floor. Now I get stopped and asked questions about my history and woman doing more and more to stand closer and training. I seem quit a few looking my way arching me the when time I lifted. Feels good to know my size Is getting more and more appealing as opposed to being afraid. I guess you have to be there to understand fully.

Been off since Tuesday! Closing out this log this week and going to make it count! I've been looking to see how much BF may have come off.
Got a bit more definition in the belly and obliques. Only a month for the run and I can see the difference. I look forward to finally revealing my full results in a few months. Slow and steady.

Note@
Today was interesting. I was on the downside of this workout when I decided to hit the delt presses. I progressed to the heaviest weight and had the hardest time getting this up into position. Funny how I looked aroung the gym and had nothing but stares but no one even offered to help me! Should I be shocked. SO, I failed at the first attempt to get these up and took a water break. I got focused, realigned and lifted them bastards into position and wrang out 8 reps. I threw them on the floor and walked away, ALPHA!

Acetyl_Bottle_small.jpg

ACETYL(TM) by FORMUTECH NUTRITION(TM) contains 1,000mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine per serving. This vitally important amino acid is an essential component in the body's production of energy. In addition to its fundamental role in heart function, brain function, and muscle movement, Acetyl L-Carnitine has been shown to:

oImprove blood flow to the brain, thus improving memory, and overall cognitive function.
oSignificantly improve metabolic function, while simultaneously lowering oxidative stress and free radical production.
oRestore the age-related enzyme dysfunction of a key mitochondria enzyme that is used in energy production, while lowering free radical damage and improving mitochondria function

REVIEW!

During this 1 month log I had the privilege of running Alcar by FORMUTECH. What an awesome product. I have managed to diet down and get a bit more definition in my abs. I'm still a ways to go but I shed about 1-2% from around my obliques. I only have a small amount covering the front and lower part of my abs. If I had an opportunity to run this for two months or even stack this product I would have seen greater results.

I didn't post any pics since the last place I need to lose BF seems to be ruining my whole physique. I'm working on carving it out and have realized several things during his run. It's not about the amount of weights for me anymore but maintenance and presentation. I need to focus more and more on he cutting factor but keep strength at the highest level. This is where I believe utizing this product will help the most.

It doesn't matter if your cutting or bulking.'it will bring out the detail. I feel overall the results would have been easily noticeable during an8 week run versus 4 week but I still seen some positivesnfrom this product and I applaud FORMUTECH in this manner!
