    Taking my power to the Max! A PowerMax log


    Hey guys! Big thanks to Adizzle and Performax for letting me log their PWO PowerMax! I'm 30 years old and weigh in at around 200-205, hoping to get around 195. I lift four days a week using PRRS as my guide. I am seeing great results with the training so far, but I work out in the mornings around 5:45 so am always looking for a boost to kickstart my workouts. I usually run on at least 1 of my off days usually 2 so I will also try this out in a smaller dose before cardio to see how that works. I will be updating this pretty much daily so feel free to join and follow along! I will be rating this product on the following categories. Taste, energy, pump, and overall. So let me know if you have any questions and I'll start logging as soon as I receive this product!

    I was very impressed! Good energy, but not a crackhead feeling and the taste was great! That's why I'm pumped to give this a run for a longer period of time, should be a good time!

    Excited to begin following your log this coming monday. The Energy complex seems to be a sweet spot for those not wanting that cracky/spazztastic rush that some overcompensating(in energy) PWOs tend to offer. It is a strong kick and definitely got me thoroughly amped. But where it shines is it's ability to find a sweet spot between High Energy and Consistent Focus. I wasn't prancing around like a restless kid that forgot their ADHD medication in the morning. In the Zone> Zoning out all over the place

    Thanks for getting this log up, we appreciate your input and most especially taking the time to support a new product/company.

    During my workout tonight, I was stalking the weights, ready to go again. I had to force myself to wait I wanted to go back at it again so bad. Sox, you are going to love this stuff.

    Day 1

    Just had my first workout! I had tried the samples before this but I think I may have underdosed those. Just did one scoop, felt great! Taste is very good and when this hit, it hit hard! I had a bad nights sleep last night and was tired all day, but forgot all about that once I started lifting. Today was back day but man did I ever have a good bicep pump going! A damn fine way to kick this off! I will be using a scoop and a half from here on out I believe. Gonna be good!

    Shock Week PRRS style Back
    Superset Wide grip Pulldown/One arm Db row 110x10/55x8 130x9/60x8
    Superset reverse grip pulldown/Straight arm pushdown 130x9/96x10 130x9/108x9
    Two dropsets of Seated row starting at 136 for 8 reps and dropping down three times each with 8 reps. Did this twice and man the last set was tough!
    Finished off with 10 minutes on treadmill. Feelin good!

    Gotta hate those sleepless nights huh? Mondays are always rough. Glad to see that 1 scoop of Powermax was able to get you up and going despite the lack of sleep. Eager to see your results when bumping up the dosage to 1.5 scoops. Keep at it, thanks for your sharing your experience.

    Day 2
    Ended up getting the day off of work due to a snowstorm here in Iowa. So I threw 1.5 scoops into my shaker, pounded it, shoveled some snow and drove my happy ass to the gym! I think 1.5 scoops will be the sweet spot, felt really focused and got a hell of a pump in my legs. Good stuff! I've had four knee surgeries so I don't really put up huge numbers on legs but compared to 6 months ago I'm pretty pleased with progress

    PRRS shock week legs
    BB squat/leg extension superset 185x10/100x10 205x9/110x9
    Hack Squat/leg curl superset 270x10/100x10 270x10/110x9
    Then did dropsets on leg press. Finished up with ten minutes on elliptical and then ten minutes on the stair machine. Pretty good snow day!

    Sounds like your enjoying the product, glad that you like it at 1.5 scoops but at least now the bottle will last longer. I generally like 2 scoops pre workout because my tolerance tends to be pretty high.

    Glad you enjoyed the product dosed at 1.5 scoops. Of course maximum vascularity and maximizing pumps will be achieved at 2 scoops, however finding one's assessed tolerance to the stimulant is crucial as well.

    Props to powering it out through the snow storm. Having lived in Boston, I know the feeling especially when having no car. Dedication at its finest.

    Off day from the weights today, but I'll be doing some cardio after work today. Gonna see how this works with some good ol fashioned cardio. I'm really excited for tomorrow morning and chest/shoulders shock day. I'll be taking two scoops for that guy!

    Awsome, cant wait to see the chest shoulder workout, should be killer!

    I think youll be suprised with PM and Cardio, even though its more wieght lifting/pump based it still works very well for cardio!

    Just did 25 mins on the elliptical, took one scoop before. Definitely liked it, time flew by. Burnt over 300 calories by doing most off the rub on a steep incline. Would have ran on treadmill but I'm site from my leg workout yesterday!

    Day 4
    Took 2 scoops this morning before hitting up a shock week chest/shoulders workout. Holy hell that was awesome! Great energy at 6am and I was very focused on the daunting task at hand. Pumps were ridiculous, I did shoulders after chest and they were so pumped from the chest workout I couldn't believe it! Tomorrow is arm day, that will be insane.

    Chest/Shoulders PRRS Shock week
    Superset BB bench press/DB incline 205x9/50x10 205x9/55x9
    Superset Machine fly/DB decline press 180x10/55x9 192x8/55x8
    2 dropsets on Machine Bench Press. I could barely lift up my arms after this, I'm very happy with the weight I put up on these.

    Superset front lateral raises/side lateral raises 15x10/15x10 15x10/15x10
    Finished up with dropsets on shoulder press. Really couldn't lift my arms after this!

    Took another 2 scoops this morning and did shock week on arms. Pumps were almost painful on my biceps, it was crazy. endurance was good on these supersets today, really felt good! First 5 days on this have been great! I'll prolly take a scoop tomorrow before cardio then take sunday off, great week at the gym this week and Powermax definitely helped! Next week is power week, high weight and low reps so I'm looking to set pr's all week!

    Shock week arms
    Superset barbell curl/db hammer curl 70x9/35x9 70x9/35x9
    Superset Reverse cable curl/db curl 72x9/35x9 72x9/35x9
    Dropset with cable curl. So pumped after this it was crazy
    Superset Skull Crushers/rope extension 70x9/120x9 70x9/120x9
    Superset one arm tricep extension/standing one arm overhead 48x9/36x9 60x8/36x9
    Dropset with tricep pushdowns. Felt awesome!

    Day 6
    Took one scoop of powermax and hit up some cardio and abs this morning. I did a half hour of intervals on the elliptical followed by random ab stuff. This stuff really works well for cardio, I was very focused and the half hour flew by. I alternated between low incline sprinting and high incline slower. Burned over 400 calories. Taking tomorrow off as I just did six days in a row, first week down and loved it! Celebrating tonight by going to stay at a casino with the wife and hit up a all you can eat steak and lobster buffet!
