    Really, did you really think that I was sleeping while lifting? Kidding. Thanks for joining in. In the following pages is my 30 day log of Formutech's Recover ZMA. Here is my final review:

    Big thank you to CSWALCZAKNY for providing a bottle to log. I've included some details about the product below.

    I was skeptical about such a simple product as Recover ZMA. After 30 days use I'm a believer!

    Sleep:
    Sleep rebuilds muscle and this stuff works well in that department. Had consistently good nights of sound sleep during the entire log. Woke up refreshed and not a bit groggy.

    Workout Quality
    If you sleep well you rebuild muscle and are able to have quality workouts. I had 16 new PRs while on this supplement. I couldn't believe it myself as I thought I would become immune to its effects! Well you can't argue with science!

    3 Recover ZMA last night at about 7:30. Slept like a baby but woke up early because Recover lulled me to sleep by 8:30. lol

    Less dreaming but still vivid. A little more groggy than usual but it was easy to get into gear.

    nice volume there! I usually do burnouts with leg extension on leg day. squats get me so winded!!

    I slept like a log last night. Took Recover ZMA at around 9 PM and hit the bed at 10. No dreams this night just sleep. Woke this morning feeling really good and rested. DOMS from leg volume yesterday is lower than expected.

    Boxer's Workout this morning.

    Crunches, leg lifts, timed speed bag sets, inchworms and timed heavy bag. HR was up to the max during heavy bag. These drills will kick your butt!

    nice, high intensity workouts are killer. I'm getting some more recover zma in shortly I've been out for a while and really feel the difference.

    This Recover ZMA is still giving me great sleep. I think this could replace melatonin as far as a sleeping aid. Feeling rested and restored again this morning.

    3 Recover ZMA last night at 8:00. Realized that the gel caps are veggie based. These caps don't have that aftertaste that makes me hate anything capped. Powder is better IMHO.

    More vivid dreams last night but slept soundly.

    I've been taking Formutech Nutrition's Recover ZMA every night for a couple of weeks now. I sleep soundly and wake rested and ready for my 6 AM workout. By now I expected to be immune to its' effects but I'm not. I really like this supplement.

    Shoulder and arm day! Painting 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom plus a pantry! I'm sure that 10 oz paintbrush is going to feel like 100 lbs of dumbbell by days end!

    Still taking my Recover ZMA and sleeping like a baby. I've been working day and night at my rental condo. Painted 7 rooms, 2 baths and a pantry. Paintbrush and roller weighs 120 lbs and my shoulder, back and delts are getting huge from the workout. Recovery is fantastic. Lolrof

    Kenpo is getting back to regular lifting workouts tomorrow. Condo rental is 95% complete and painting is done! My shoulders and delts are massive due to all the painting! Lol

    Never missed a beat in sleeping though thanks to Recover ZMA. Vivid dreams of the wife last night (thank God it wasn't someone else as I was talking in my sleep).
