Cardio every day! LISS...
I've never really cut with intent before but I know how my body responds to cal deficit and cardio. I should be sitting pretty come the end of this month bro. Never used fat burners with the intent o burning fat either so this should be good!
Should be a nice 3 weeks. The amount of cardio, the supps, and the cal deficit should really show some great progress at the end of this

Here's today's eats
A little bit more than I was supposed to aim for. 32 more carbs than I was supposed to and 7 more fat and 6 less protein. It's cool though cuz this was hard and I'm starving! I can't remember the last time I ate this little. This diet is gonna have me lean and mean!
Weigh in and pics in the morning. Weighed 197.5 a minute ago but being net the end of day I won't count it.
