Loved it, but could never imagine actually doing it in a regular gym. They end up using the pull up bars, the power rack, the surrounding area and the dumbbells you need. Def annoying

Alright so I'm changing things up a bit. Gonna be turning this into a recomp/cut for the next 3 weeks. Gonna carb cycle with 3 day variety low/medium/high and refeed on Sundays. Keeping fats on the low end below 50 for the remainder of this competition and high protein intake. Cals should come in below 2500 daily. Trying to get a little lower BF%. I'm going to do this for an upcoming first time test e solo run to start when this ends after I get bloods done to make sure I'm ready!
Also switching up most carbs to fruit and veggies...
