  5. Everyone in my family took turns with the one day bug. Just when I thought I avoided it.... No lifting today but even worse I won't make it to the river. No one likes dropping deuce in some neoprene waders.

  6. After a busy weekend with the stomach flu on top of it I'm ready to hit it hard this week. I just hope I held down my d-pol long enough. Felt well enough to hit the river this morning and managed a pretty nice Walleye.

  9. I've never river fished for walleye. Quite a but different than lake fishing for them isn't it?

    Its a lot different and they only run the river for a few weeks. Waders and Carolina rigs. Its fun stuff during the spawn. Literally thousands of people come here for the walleye run from all around the country.

    A good time up here is also the white bass. That's catching, not fishing. No limit, for about a week straight you can catch enough for a fish fry every day. Last year I brought about 16 home after an hour of fishing.

  18. Been a few days but I'm back at it! Leg day today and I hit a major milestone! For the people who know me well enough know that I don't have full use of my left leg. Well that being said I've never done a squat. I thought the gym I was visiting today had a hack squat, I was wrong. I was so fired up on d-pol and condense that I decided today was the day! It was on Smith, if you got a problem with that then I will have Snaggs gnaw your knees! Start of a great thing!

    Leg Press:

    Prone Leg Curl:

  32. Not sure what is going on with Lat Pulldowns. I keep going down in weight, they have been a struggle lately. I'm sure it has something to do with my shoulder. However I hit 260 for 5 on my cable rows which is a pr.

  33. Back to arm day! Not sure what is going on but it seems that since I got that contrast dye injection I have felt like garbage. Weak, tired and sore, hoping today goes better with some condense added into the mix!

  34. Great workout today. I got that alpha feeling back! Really pleased with the pumps and energy from the condense and the strength and stamina from the D-pol! I wish I would have purchased a tub of condense crisp apple to run with this. I still never a few samples left, mainly the melonberry which I don't like as much but is still just as effective.

    Preacher curl:
    80x8 80x10 90x8 100x5 100x5

    Seated DB overhead tricep:
    100x8 100x10 100x12

    Cable Curl:
    180x6 160x8 130x12 100x16

    Skull Crushers:
    60x12 80x10

    V-bar:
    200x10 210x12 210x14

    Tricep rope extension:
    140x12

    Bicep curl on cable row:
    100x6 80x12

    A few misc. Bicep exercises to set a good pump. Struggling with ez bar curl and reverse grip as well as db hammers. They are really stressing my shoulder so I tried dropping weight but when it continued to be painful I cut them from my routine until they get me all fixed up.

    Great pump today just need to lean out on my epistane run. Keeping my cardio up has been difficult with all the appointments I've had lately.
