Good workout today, joints have been feeling a bit dry.It was really nice here this weekend and was wearing t-shirts and sleeveless shirts, and had multiple people say you are getting bigger So that always nice,I have been seeing some good changes in my back the most,we shall see with the end pics.Weight is at 176lbs. this morning, not sure where the changes are happening,or where its going, but I honestly did not expect much weight to drop in this 4 weeks,or even hope for it to for that matter. Here are todays working set numbers:

    Back/rear delts/abs

    One arm DB row:
    80x8
    95x6
    90x7

    Pull-ups:
    3x20

    Seated DB bent rear lateral:
    25x10
    20x13

    Partial rack DL,right below knees:
    275x12
    325x8
375x4,grip is getting stronger each session.

    Hanging leg raise:
    20
    15+10lbs. on feet.

    Bent DB row:
    45x10
    50x8

    Decline cruch:
    +30lbs.x18
    +30lbs.x20

Anything other then regular is gross. I made the mistake in a hurry once and bought a 20oz. Sugar free red bull. Even though it cost $5 I could only make it through half before I threw it out, that stuff was gross. 7 months ago I gave up red bull, it sucks I miss that stuff. Saves me some money though.
