    May have to work overtime tonight. If I do I will have another meal. I packed 8oz of chicken breast just in case. Also can't do any cardio tonight. Prob get off work at 3am and have to be back in at 7am.

  6. Thanks man, trying to catch up to you. And do you mean what do I do for work? I'm a police officer so the hours get hectic sometimes. I've been working swing shifts lately too which sucks

    Yea, it sucks at times but there is a gym at the department that is workable so I can always jump in there for a quick workout.

  12. Day 13...rest day

    So did cardio and just decided to make it a little intense.

    Started with 40 min stairclimber. First 30 min was intervals at doped 18(20 being the highest) and the last ten was speed 6-10 in intervals. This absolutely killed me, burned 711 calories.

    Then ended with 20 min walking on incline. Kept it at 10 inline and speed was at 3mph. Burned 247 calories

    Total calories burned: 958 calories

    my body needed the rest from the weights. My shoulders and triceps are crazy sore. I'm starting to see and feel the benefits of rest days

    I find the majority of dumbfuks don't appreciate what police do for them. I have several friends that are officers. I would probably have joined myself years ago if I had had my shyt together but it took me some time to find myself and grow the F up...

    I spent 6 yrs in the marines both active and reserve so I know what you're talking about. "Baby killer" and the such... Ugh...

  20. Two weeks down...

    Weighed in at 203.8 first thing in the morning and after a huge piss. Weighed myself again after my first meal and some water and I was at 205.6. So still losing. Was 213.8 when we first started.

    Thanks big time, it's getting tough though. I want to eat a cheat meal so bad lol. But I'm going strong, Im hoping for two more weeks of going crazy and being perfect with the program. Hoping this competition jumps starts me building the best physique ever.
