Did tons of walking with my family today since it was finally nice outside in central PA. About to hit 30 min LiSS walking on treadmill then I'm off to bed.

1.25 scoops prodigy one hour after thermadex and had zero issues. Bada good tingle which I like but no jitters which was great. Focus was great and energy levels high today. Had a good pump in my lats which I haven't had in a while. Vascularity was also good today. Veins popping from my shoulders and biceps making me look more like an animal than I was two weeks ago.
Paragon: about a week into paragon usage I noticed a raise in acne and a slight raise in libido. Now that I am two weeks in the acne is getting better with no new breakouts and my libido doesn't seem to be wild. I do notice a very slight raise in aggression but I see more of a change in my patience. The impatience doesn't turn to anger or anything, I just get annoyed more easily.

Ok, tired as hell bc I just got off work less than an hour ago but I decided to hit some cardio before bed. I just completed 30 min LiSS walking on treadmill. Body is super warm right now and I have a feeling It may take some time to cool down before I can relax and go to bed.

Day 17.... Rest day.
Woke up and did some fasted cardio.
Started with 33 minutes treadmill jogging/running. Burned 479 calories.
Then completed 30 min of interval stair stepper. Burned 345 calories
Total calories burned: 824
Feeling good and seeing results daily. About to jump on the treadmill and do 15-20 min LISS before bed.

Today is the day where everyone has seen the weight I have lost. I had like 3 diff people tell me how much I've lost. Feels good but sucks, none of us like getting small.

Woke up and completed 15 min LISS cardio, walking on treadmill.

2 scoops of prodigy an hour after taking thermadex had no adverse affects. Energy was good and focus was on point. Lack of pump again today. I have not been impressed with the pumps with this product. I don't care to much about the pump as much as I do the energy and focus but the pump is desired. Also no tingles today. The tingles are hit and miss but once again they mean nothing and are just something that mentally make me feel like the product is working.

No time for cardio before or after the gym. Crazy busy due to work. 2 scoops of prodigy had me feeling good. Workout took an hour and the prodigy had me feeling good and focus was great. Today was actually my first good pump. It was not crazy but it was a def a good and needed pump. Workout is over and my body is still tingling from the prodigy.
Cardio later tonight before I go back to work.

Cardio today and wanted to be intense on every Saturday cardio session. So here it is.
Started with 35 min stair climber. Did interval training at level 18 (out of 20) this was killer. Burned 701 calories.
Then finished with 30 min incline treadmill. Highest incline of 15 the entire time and walking at 3mph-5.2mph. Burned 532 calories.
Total calories burned:
701 + 532 = 1233 calories
Great cardio day and felt like I needed it bc I was sluggish today. I now have energy.
