Thanks go out to MAN and Neddo for the chance to run MAN PR-XT. I have been interested in this supplement simply for it's combination of ingredients from 3 other potent supplements. I personally have used 2 of these with great success and look forward to seeing how they mix with the 3rd addition. Here is a pic and the ingredient panel for the product:

I took my first dose this morning with breakfast and will follow that with a lunch,dinner routine. This will most likely be the dosing protocol through out the run. I have been off of any test boosters for a while now and just use staples: multi,fishoil,zma,creatine mono,REM-PM. This should give me a clear indication of exactly what PR-XT brings to the table. Today is my core/posterior chain day. I hit some weighted ABs/hanging knee raises and then went to weighted reverse hypers/weighted single leg hypers/RDLs/weighted glute bridges/lying hamstrings. I was wrecked at the end. Took all my doses:breakfast/lunch/dinner. I don't anticipate feeling any effects until day 4 or 5,going from previous experiences with 2 of PR-XT's compounds.

Calves/Shoulders tomorrow.

In it. I've been looking at this since it came up on NP.
Same here bubba.

Got all my doses in today. I have also noticed a slight energy bump post dose like others have noted. I'm going to take a guess here and say it comes from these 2 ingredients: N-Coumaroyldopamine , N-Caffeoyldopamine. I just need more time for things to build up in my system. Today was calves/shoulders and I felt powerful the entire time.

Back day tomorrow!

Day 3

Hit calves/back today. Increased in weights and still hit my rep targets. Have not noticed much yet but it is still early. The appetite usually picks up from the one compound after 4-5 days so we shall see. Off day tomorrow and then some core/posterior chain work on Sunday. Enjoy your Friday guys!

Today I hit chest/triceps and it was a solid workout. I haven't felt any hunger/libido increases as of yet but the night sweats are intense. This is something that I usually experience when using any type of hormonal boosting supplement. I will say that these have been some of the heaviest that I have ever had though. I can only hope this bodes well for the upcoming effects.

Will you throw in which day you are on on random occasion, just to keep track for those following/noticing when 'x' effects chime in?

Interesting note about the sweating; that's a new one haha :D

Day 6 and I think the appetite has begun to rear it's head. I already pretty much force feed myself to keep weight on and eating is more of a chore. The difference I see now is how I am actually feeling like I want to eat and it tastes great. Sounds funny but it is noticeable. I also have noticed a slight libido bump. Not quite to the point where my wife has to watch her 6 but it's on my mind more. Lol Nothing to note as far as workout increases yet but this should come with the added nutrition. Lastly,there wasn't any sweating last night so my body seems to have acclimated to the addition and it's time to grow.

Day 7

No workout today...schedule conflict with the wife and I had to cover. Low carb day for me today. I'm carb cycling now and so far I have had 40g of carbs. That will probably be it too. The only other topic to discuss is my increase in energy. The last 2 workouts were stim free and I had no problem getting after it. I've had a cup of coffee this morning and nothing since. Nice little side benefit to running this.

Pretty sure I'd die if I had 40g of carbs. lol

I'm cutting right now and take in the majority of my carbs in the am. 150g from steel cut oats on lifting days, and 100g on off days, but I'm about to drop it down to 125g/75g.

It isn't a picnic let me tell you but if I'm not working out I pull the carbs way back when I carb cycle. Tomorrow is calves/shoulders day which isn't a majorly taxing routine so I will be in the 100-150 range. Fridays back session will be a definite increase though. Lol

I am feeling the AI influence of PR-XT today. When I take an AI I seem to get a little short tempered. Today was definitely full of this. I just need to be aware of it and manage it. My water intake has increased as well. Today was calves/shoulders but nothing out of the ordinary happening here yet. I am still hitting all my doses and the diet has been on point. I'm hitting my calves 5 days a week. They have been going no where and I am trying to shock them. Here is my current split:

Tues: calves/biceps/triceps
Wed: ABs/calves/quads/hams

Things are on the way up now. I'm getting that full muscles feeling all day now. The hunger and thirst are constant and mood has improved as well. My workout was calves/back and I felt solid thru-out. I finished it off with DLs of 315 for 3x5. My diet has been in control up to about 20 minutes ago. I just worked thru 2 double-doubles from In-n-Out burger. I probably just doubled my total daily calories with that one meal alone. My cheat meal for the week. Lol Off day tomorrow and it will be a low carb one.

hell indiana just now got jack in the box....i had them in san diego back in 70's, lol......there is a chance china may have a in-n-out franchise before indiana.:damnit:

Burgers aren't that bad price wise- the fries are where they get ya- it's like 3 or 4 bucks for the fries....we got this new chain in sf called super duper, it's basically a classed up 5 guys(they use Nieman ranch beef, organic potatoes and dairy etc) and they are the bomb! Pretty much the best burgers around and they're reall reasonable- a double cheese burger is like 7 bucks...plus you can get fried eggs on their burgers...

Day 10/11

No workout yesterday but I did bust my arse in the backyard doing some much needed work. It's crazy how that type of stuff can beat you up and you don't even notice when doing it. I was whipped last night and crashed early. Hit all my doses and the diet was low carb and on point.

Today was my usual workout of ABs/lwr back. The best I have to say here is that a weight that I used last time for my working sets felt like a warm up weight this time. This made me look forward to my chest workout tomorrow! Hit all my doses but the diet got a little sloppy for dinner because we had some people over. I knew this ahead of time so I basically deleted any carbs until then. Things are progressing along well and I seem to be tightening up some. Hope I turn the corner this week.

Day 12

I feel like the goods are starting to come in. I felt really good all day and my workout went great. My diet has been rock solid today,sitting at 100g of carbs right now and done for the day with them. I don't usually post numbers on my workouts but this was my chest routine:

BB incline: 215 8-8-8
BB decline: 235 12-12-10
DB Mid incline: 75s 20-16

I got all my reps on inclines but fell short on the next 2 exercises. These were all increases in weights so I'm good with it. Tomorrow is a dedicated arm day for the first time ever for me and I'm excited. Lol
