Well.....I was wondering the same thing, but I didn't want to push
the issue. Thought you guy's wanted me to have an extra pre-workout or something?!? LOL!! I love my NLA drawstring bag and I've been sporting it in the gym already, so thank you!!!

and OMFG!! Q! I dont care how your supps look...i mean theyre cute and all and I really like how the hot pink works against the darker shadowing theme but really....we need before pics so we can watch the progress!!

It should be....this is quite a stack!! Especially excited about the thermo and protein!! I drink approx 4-5 shakes a day at times, and always get excited when trying new brands!!

I will definitely post some pics up. I mean what's a log w/out pics?!? Guess I need to log my stats as well, so here goes-

STATS-

Height- 5 7"

Weight -Average right now 148-154 lbs. My weight has been fluctuating lately since my body has suddenly decided ( by "decided" I actually mean "wants") to eat fatty/sugary food, so therefore I will have a true starting weight w/in a few day's!!!:run:

Diet - normal diet is high protein, low fat, veggies, low to med complex carbs which depends on my work out's for the day.

Workout's- Normally w/out 6 day's a week w/ cardio performed once to twice daily.Workout's consist of one body part per day w/legs's performed ( as a new goal) every 3-4 day's, as I feel like this is my weakness that needs to be brought up.

Goal- lean out everywhere. Main fatty areas- lower body, stomach and tri's.

Tried two of my NLA product's today -

HER WHEY: GLUTEN-FREE PROTEIN in chocolate eclair and SHRED HER: NATURAL FAT BURNER.

HER WHEY: Nutrition Info- 2 scoops = 1 serving

Calories 225 Sodium 0 mg
Total Fat 7 g Potassium 0 mg
Saturated 0 g Total Carbs 4 g
Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 3 g
Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 0 g
Trans 0 g Protein 28 g
Cholesterol 0 mg


Here is my experience w/ this protein- Flavor is great,but to me it tastes and smells like Choc coconut! I usually drink 4-5 blended protein shakes per day including after workout's, as a snack, and as a dessert. I like the consistency of this protein, but it is extremely rich on flavor, fat, and calories so I cut the serving size in half and used once scoop instead of two. This works out great for me because I usually eat more than enough protein through food each day .

Added benefits of Her Whey- Over 9.4 grams of Glutamine and over 5 grams of Branched Chain Amino Acids to enhance muscular recovery.


SHRED HER: NATURAL FAT BURNER-

Took one in the am and one before pm workout - had enough energy to get through 2 separate workouts today....felt great!!

I've heard good things, Pancakes are great I'm just so lazy to cook :) heard ice cream was delic.

OOOOhhhh.....brotein ice cream in choc eclair!! YES!!! Add some greek yogurt, s/free almond milk, whey choc eclair, splenda, coco powder, blend w/ ice and freeze!! Pancakes sound good also. I'm too lazy to cook to, but ice cream and pancakes don't take but a few mins to make, MS RIDER!!!

The protein is delicious, and I just took my 1st scoop of UPLIFT: RASPBERRY LEMONADE PRE-WORKOUT about 5 mins ago and my face is already tingling, and I am feeling focused on the cardio that I'm about to go do!! :) Was going to dose one SHRED HER: NATURAL FAT BURNER as well, but I think I might wait a while!!

Will report back later!!

Miss Q that ice cream sounds delic, what kind of greek yougurt u use?
The kind from Greece!! ;) Plain Greek Yogurt from Trader Joe's, one cup = Protein =22 carbs=7 sugar= 6 fat= 0 for 1 cup. I use about 1/2 cup in the ice cream unless I', making a double/triple helping!! :)

Friday -

Took one scoop Her uplift before cardio and experienced great focus and energy. The taste is delicious....reminds of crystal lite lemonade, very refreshing!!! Face was prickly w/in a few mins of taking.

I also dosed 1 SHRED HER: NATURAL FAT BURNER twice yesterday, once in the and again in the pm.

Worked back for 60 mins in the evening,and followed that up w/ HER WHEY: GLUTEN-FREE PROTEIN -Chocolate Eclair shake. I blended it w/ some plain greek yogurt, ice, and splenda!! Tasted like a milkshake!!!

Here are some pics taken a few weeks ago. Like I said, I need to lean out especially in my mid section. What's weird? I have visible veins showing in my odliques but a very fatty stomach!

Texas guy.....I am seriously thinking about competing this year, maybe in aug/sept and I need to make a lot of changes. I also will need to decide on figure or physique but regardless need to catch my leg's, shoulder's and stomach up. I started doing abs a few day's ago.

MONDAY-

Had a lot of gym time yesterday, since I only had to work for a couple of hours!! Woo Hoo!!

Am- Took one Shred Her fat burner before 60 mins fasted cardio (treadmill w/ switched inclines and speed) followed up w/ a Her Whey Choc Eclair protein shake blended w 1.5 scoops, ice, splenda, and blueberries....so good!!

Sixty mins later I dosed one heaping scoop of Uplift pre-workout before meeting a friend to work back for around 70 mins. Followed up with 15 mins of HIT.

PM- Took one more Shred Her fat burner before working tri's, calves, and light abs. Followed that up w/ 45 mins on the atrtic trainer and several set's of jumping jacks w/ a 20 lbs barbell.

It was a good gym day fo sho!! :)

What a great starting place you have minimal fat to strip. Sure your abs are not shredded but the rest of your upper body is. You look great and far from "fatty" just not as lean as YOU want to be.

From your look I think you could do physique but depends on how much size you keep once you get down in the lower digits. Not too much fat there to lose.

Mr Kleen - I appreciate the feedback and will hopefully have my b/fat % taken soon. Last I checked it was around 15-17% . I am leaning towards physique, but as you say I will have to see what I look like after being completely dieted down. Back in 2011 i planned on competing in figure and dieted down to around 12-14% but never competed. I hope to follow through this time w/ a show in the fall :)
