Yo yo!! Here I is!! Time gets away from me and I don't update like I'd like. Hit back pretty hard yesterday and I am sore as fawk this morning, but it's a good kind of sore! Iadded reps yesterday but not much more weight if any, so strength seems to still be climbing. My appetite is still doing the whole roller coaster thing. Ravenous 1 day, could care less about food the next. I can't figure it out.

1 scoop of MM and 2 scoops of Condense? That sounds....fun. I haven't tried either yet but should.

Adding reps is still good! My appetite is always ravenous and i hate it. If i was a hard gainer with how my appetite is id have no issues putting away tons of food and not getting fat.

It's usually a good thing when I'm bulking. If there's 1 thing I'm good at it's eating, which is why it's weird. I'm not sure I can attribute the appetite thing to 1-Alpha. I've got a LOT of shyt going on right now with a career decision looming large. I'm blaming stress.

there was a time (not too long ago) where i could roll with 3 scoops og jack3d, + couple OEP daily (had dmaa running thick in my blood lol)-- and, not miss a beat of sleep or have uncomfortable jitters etc....i guess getting old has changed my tolerance
i am a kinder, gentler, more patient and lightweight snags, now

I have such a high tolerance for stims. Sometimes its a good thing, other times it sucks.

I develop a tolerance to stims pretty quickly, but luckily seem to lose that tolerance quickly as well.

    wasn't smart..live & learn
dmaa is the only stim i've ever done that i grew accustomed and impervious to, so quickly..
i like how my body has now gone the other way (abstaining from stims for long periods), and i've turned myself into relative stim lightweight

I seem to go between both sides of stim tolerant and stim sensitive. Makes dosing at times tricky. Lol

That's the place to be with stims. I cycle in some dmaa products here and there and use the newer stims as well. It keeps me pretty sensitive which is good. I have ADD and these products really help me concentrate. Oh and Epi-v has DMAA in it so being back on that I am pretty focused.

  21. HEY!! Look who it is! lol Quick update: I have worked 12-15 hour days for 4 days straight. I need sleeeeeeep!! My strength has plateaued just a bit, but you can see that I've put on some muscle. I had a few comments to the like. I'll be back later today (promise) for more in depth updates after the gym. My stash is running low so we are close to wrapping this run up. I've a LOT more work to do, particularly in dropping a lot of fat, but I don't want to do it too soon so I can keep what lean mass I've put on.

On a personal note for yuo guys that have followed along, I've made the very hard decision to leave the force and find a new path. The timing just feels right and it makes the wife very happy. More on that later as well.

I appreciate the hell out of you guys hangin in here with me and helping me along and for having patience as I disappeared for a few days here and there. I'm just getting started. Trust.

I TOTALLY understand bro! After my 1st wife, I swore for many, many (18 to be exact) that I'd never, EVER do it again. I was right until I met my girl. She changed everything. I couldn't have designed a better chic.....well.....I'd have given her bigger tits, but whatever.

Yep. That's what I said after my divorce. Found this one 6 years ago and won't ever look back. When it comes to marriage, when it's good it's good and when it's bad it's fuggin awfully bad!!!!

a little late to the conversation, but boy oh boy did you nail that one

don't fall into the trap bro - there's a reason more marriages end in divorce, than not

Yea, people dont know how commit anymore, vows have been around FOREVER ( check the bible)- until death do us part, sickness and health.. you get the idea. But, divorce is so common and easily doable and acceptable in todays society.. so sadly ppl just give up and divorce.

    i agree
either make marriage the solemn vow that it was meant to be (abolish divorce, until death do us part as you say)..
or, abolish the idea of marriage and just be roommates

in a little bit different category but much the same insofar as it's still broken:

lots of old-time ideals are broken today..like our government, the political organizations..the electoral system..basic old-fashioned morals & values....
