  4. Sorry for the lack of updates the past 2 days, but I forgot to pack my computer when I went out of town. Sundays will be weigh-in days. Sunday I was 261lbs, down 2 lbs. Wouldn't you know the damn Hyatt Suites I stayed at had a fitness center........but with no weights at all. 3 damn treadmills. So that's 2 days of no weight training. I should be primed and ready this afternoon. I want to change the routine, I'm not liking the current set-up/split. Appetite is still the same.....anyone have any ideas other than just STFU and eat? (Which isn't a bad idea....)

    Libido is still crazy and I feel fuller/pumped through the day. So far, so good! Hope to see some of my strength back today in the gym, but without eating like I should.....eh.

    HAH! Nicely played! Manually fire it off by eating, but I do hear that firing up a fatty is a great appetite stimulant.......
  7. Day 9


    Today was probably the best workout since I started back. Soreness is in check, the shakes under heavy weight were not present, and endurance was up as well as some strength. Appetite is still eh. I went and bought a bunch of steaks earlier and I'm cooking them and carrying them around with me. If I have it, I'll eat it. Nom. Today was chest and tris. On chest I easily added 25-35lbs from last week. If I had a partner, I'd have added more. Did 45 minutes of cardio afterwards. Libido is still 'pronounced'. Forgive me for not going into detail but I'm dead ass tired and have to be up at 4:30. I'm going to bed. I will still give you my motivation from earlier though! Enjoy and good night, bishes!





  8. Man I am lovin the 'workout song of the day' addition to this log! Totally forgot this song, and how much it fires me up. Same for the Nonpoint the other day. The right music in your earbuds is worth more than any preworkout, that's for sure.

    Nice improvement BD! Watch those joints brother. Make sure you are wrapping and taking joint support. From others logs I've read the strength comes on like a freight train but the joints suffer like a Yugo.

  13. Thanks guys! I meant to mention last night about the joints. Now, I DO feel that under heavy weight, especially prior problem areas. I've got to order something today, probably Achilles from what I keep reading. Also, I've noticed that 1-Alpha DEMANDS plenty of sleep. Not just last night, but since a couple of days of being on. 8 hours is a minimum or I wake up and drag ass, which is not something that's good for your health in my line of work! lol Glad you guys are liking the vids.....like Hyde said, I can do without a pre-workout way before I could do without my tunes. I am really digging the Ignite2, though. Man, it's smooth! My tactical pants are fitting easier ad better as well.....dig.

  17. So yeah.....the plan today was to go hit back and bis. Fail. I was up super early today and I just could not get with it all day today. Tired, slightly lethargic, and all i could think about was leaving work, working out, and going straight to bed. Well.....I got home, hit the couch to take off my boots.......and I just woke up. And guess what? After I hit submit reply I'm going to bed for even more sleep. I haven't seen any of the other logs mention this, so I'm assuming it is lack of sleep I'll even leave you with todays motivation. Enjoy. I'm going to.

    The diet has been pretty spot on. I just have to force more food in somehow. So far the steak is working out in that regard.
