I read a lot over here but sadly i do not have too much time to share my thoughts experiences!

Still i was elaborating my plan for the next coming 16-20 weeks, so i thought in sharing it with you!

So, from my past i was really fat, bla bla bla bla. Lets forget that! Where am i?

Stats: 92kg
Height: 1.87 m
BF: Can i say 15%?? everyone have it on the internet lol honestely, i do not now, i measure on mirror, my legs are allways leand as the same for the arms! just belly fat go and come over high calories periods.

What is my goal?

Stats: 85kg (as a bare minimum, don't want too look to skinny)
Height: 1.87m (i hope i don't loose height ahaha)
BF: Really does not matter! I just want to feel good with some less shinny abs

So i'm presented. I will try now to details what will be the mix to try to achieve another level of leaness! So starting on the "catch eyes", i will show my supplement shopping cart: (i'm not sponsered to be clear)

Summary: So i think i just calculate everything in order to use all the supplements i order without over dosages.

After this i will use a proper diet to achieve my goals. There are 4 weeks that are not represented here, that preceded the above, that are a king of a "priming" to put the body a little in a starvation mode. I like it, is a personal thing.

So the outline is here! I will follow it strictly, the most strict possible. I know that due to external reasons it may not be possible, but i will be focused.
