An open-label, single center study to assess safety, tolerability and efficacy of Recompadrol and Adipose Annihilation V2 in combination with Vanillean, Forskolin-95 and Agmatine in overweight subject on calorie deficit diet.

To obtain preliminary efficacy of Recompadrol and Adipose Annihilation V2 in combination with Vanillean, Forskolin-95 and Agmatine by evaluation of body weight and body composition change. (Control values do not exist for this log. I have chosen to use 1percentedge.com - faster weight loss setting (-30/-10) as a reference. Achievable targets are body weight of 219.7 lbs and 15.12% body fat in a 5 week period using IF. I will measure study variable achieved in this log versus these figures to determine efficacy of the products being tested.)

I would like to thank EBF Inc for this second opportunity to log Recompadrol and AAV2. Late last summer, I ran an 8 week log of LEAN MEAN SUMMER RECOMP STACK comprising of Recompadrol, AAV2 and Natty-V from Enhanced Body Formulations. The results exceeded my expectations as I lost 20 lbs, lost 4.1% in body fat and lost 2 ˝ inches from my waist while maintaining strength on most lifts and setting PRs on several compound lifts. (documented with pictures and videos) I was supposed to run it for another 4 weeks with what Zach (EBF Inc) termed it as – let’s get you into the best shape you have ever been in your adult life. He was going to provide EBF products and I just needed to add couple things that I thought best fit. I was elated and thankful for this opportunity and was excited to get this going.
I was hit with several injuries that prevented me from being able to lift. I won’t go into details here. Then the year end business trips started and add on holidays on top of that…..not only was I not able to continue my log, I gave back everything I gained and then some. I was on medications for my injuries, so I stopped all supplements for the time being. This is when I truly realized what I had missed with Recompadrol. Not being able to exercise did not help either. After meal bloating started to come back and I was gaining weight on the same diet. You ask, what idiot would follow the same diet knowing they could not exercise….this idiot. What lazy bum wouldn’t do cardio in place to stay conditioned ?....this lazy bum.
Injuries all healed up by December and I slowly got back into cardio and lifting. I started looking into supplements to complete my stack as I knew I owed EBF a final log.
After feeling conditioned enough to go 100% into it, I contacted Zach to complete what I had started. After several PMs back and forth, we ended up adding Vanillean, Agmatine and Forskolin to this stack. MAIN GOAL ==> Lose fat !!!
Last year was a banner year for me as I went from 264 lbs to 206.8 lbs. (-57.2 lbs)
I think I am starting this year off at about 227. We will see what the nurse says next week. I know I have the drive to do this again, so I hope you follow me on this journey as I try to start off 2013 on the right foot. I have some exciting stacks to try out, but I want to be in the right shape before I do so. This EBF +++ stack will help me get there.
You will see ton of comparison pictures and some videos. Trying for PRs might be a hit or miss as I have not stressed my elbows to that type of load yet, but hell….I am willing to try. You will also see macros and food porn.
I will be logging starting today, but official data will be entered on 05 Feb 2013. I could not get an earlier nurse appointment, so I will have to wait. This first week will still be important and it will let me test out tolerability on supplements and max load on lifts.
Also, more pictures and less writing this time around. I am going to try to limit myself from being too wordy since most people read these things on their phones and it’s not fun to do so when there are paragraphs and paragraphs to read. Also, it will be eaisier to update with less writing. Timely updates trump fancy updates any day.

Woke up feeling nice and relaxed.
Minor bloating after meal 1. It was calorie intensive, but delicious.
Cardio was easy with lot of energy.
Normal sweating during cardio and did not feel increase in body temp throughout the day.
No bloating after meal 2. I think cardio before as well as Recompadrol helped.
Weight felt good lifting. I felt the Agmatine effect right away. Strong pumps so I had to pace myself a bit. Left the gym pumped up with hard muscles. Normal sweating during lifting.
Hunger in check all day. However, I normally don't have issues Mo-Th.
No GI issues at all. No distress from capsaicin either.

Starting to get uncomfortable warm feeling in the office. Vanillean and AAV2 are supposed to give you that thermo effect, so will have to monitor this to trend it.
