    Was good Am.. Running this log for the Formutech guys.. VOLATILE ita a preworkout. Ive used it yesterday and today. Im liking what i see so far. Ill finish updating this when i get home later.. Follow along it shud be fun.. Plan on trashing some weight

    Here we go.. Today was my third day using 1 scoop of volatile.. This stuff tastes absolutely amazing.. Hands down best tasting supplement i have ever tasted.

    There is definitely a hefty dose of beta alanine in there.. I got a crazy rush as soon as i walked into the gym.. The only thing i hate is that my ears and shins get sooo itchy. But hey at least i know it was doin what its suppossed to

    Today was leg day.. There was defenitely a good pump there today..im not really lean but if yu cud only see me from the waist down i look like im at 6% bf. Volatile had my legs looking like theyre chizzled from granite yo

    . Everday the tingling or rush effect is less prinounced but still gettin a good pump.. The energy is decent. I personally am a stim junkie but it gets the job done.. Too busy with work and skool to outline every workout but ill give yus one today.. Omy to gym now with volatile in my shaker cup getting my head straight for leg day!!

    Walked out the gym stumblin today..heavy leg day with lots of volume. The pump today was intense. My legs felt really dense and heavy while walking.. Dont inow how to explain it

    Alrighty as most gym bros know chest day best day today..tuesdays are mondays for me cuz god knows how lucky i wud be to find any bench open at any time of the day on monday.. The pump was pretty painful today. No more itchy ears still getting decent energy focused all the way through my workouts even during HITT cardio

    Another bangin fuggin workout today..chest and shoulders..todays pump wore off a little probly because i overdid it at the gym.. Was there for like two hours but the energy and intensity was there. Two scoops is definitely my sweep spot with volatile.

    Glad to hear it dude! Id say that 95/100 people love it. There's always going to be those looking for something other than what volatile delivers (I.e. the guys who love heavy stims). But by and large everyone seems to be a fan.

    One thing I can truely say about Formutech which is actually what drew me to repping for them is that their products just work. No BS no hype just results

    In a heavy stim guy myself but if i needed the extra energy id just throw a caffiene cap in there. Definitly effective! Lol biceps not so much but still awesome workout all in all hit a new pr.. Close grip bench 245x6. Thats with an achey wrist
