  1. Leaving work to head home & take my Hemavol & Compete. Was supposed to be a leg day, but I think I'm gonna go with a "bro" split this week & hit chest & tris today.. Wanna throw around some weight! Update coming.

  2. Pretty good workout today. Chest pumps were pretty bad hitting the last few sets of all exercises. Tris were burning but I just kept going. Endurance is probably the best combo of Hemavol & Compete in my opinion. I have increased sets & reps each day I've used these, & that adds up. Rest between sets were at most a minute today. Had been out of the gym for a few days & was going at it. Workout was as followed.

    1/29 Chest/Tris

    Start time: 2:45
    Start weight: 200

    BB bench:
    135x10, 185x10, 205x10, 225x9, 245x6, 135x15

    DB incline:
    60sx10, 60sx10, 70sx10, 80sx8

    Pec Deck:
    100x15, 110x15, 120x15

    Around the worlds:
    15x15x3

    Tricep bar skullcrushers:
    85x12, 95x10, 105x8

    Wide DB Tate press:
    40sx10, 45sx10, 45sx8

    Tricep pressdown:
    80x15, 90x12, 100x10

    BW Dips:
    20x5

    End time: 4:02
    End weight: 201.6

  3. Drinking my pre shake as I type. Man, I can't get over how delicious the double lemon drop tastes! I've never looked forward to drinking a pre-workout so much. :P Back & Bis today, log coming after my workout.

  4. Had back & bis today. Major pump today. Veins were popping hard 2 hours after my workout. Endurance was just as good as the rest. Most endurance I've had from a pre/intra. Tried some new exercises for back today, loved the stretches. Workout was as followed:

Awesome workout! This is why I love non-stim over stim. It's not the same feeling, but you don't get crashes and you can have just as effective workouts!

Definitely! Can already say I'll be purchasing this combo when I'm about done.

  7. Well, was gonna do some legs today but got up with some serious DOMS. Think I'm gonna take a day off & recoop & hit it tomorrow. I guess I found out the increased endurance does have a slight downside.

Touché touché. lol Never had some much DOMS in my lats before! Probably a combo of the new exercises & focus on muscle/mind connection. Enjoying the hurt though!

are you taking 2 scoops of Compete each workout day? This should be helping to reduce DOMs big time, but if you're getting a HUGE pump which you're not used to, it will force your muscles to be more sore than normal due to the fascia stretching

Yea, I'm doing the recommended doses of 1 scoop Compete with 1 scoop Hemavol pre & the scoop of compete intra. It definitely has helped with DOMS big time, I think it was just a combination of intensity with supersets & hitting new parts of my lats from the exercises.

  13. What's up AM? Just got back from gym. Post WO shake right now. Had a great leg & shoulder workout! Intensity was there, from the products & also using an off day yesterday. Focus was some of the best I've had, which can partly be contributed by the iForce products. Rest between sets were less than a minute each set. Just felt like crushing another set damn near right after finishing the one before. Pumps were awesome. Thought my quads were gonna explode during leg extensions. Workout was as followed.

    2/1 Legs & Shoulders

    Start time: 11:40
    Start weight: 203

    BB squats:
    45x10, 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 365x6, 405x4

    Hack squat:
    205x15, 255x12, 275x11

    Leg extension:
    120x12, 140x12, 160x10

    Glute hams: (drop set circuit)
    90/45/BWx10x3

    DB shoulder press:
    45sx12, 55sx12, 60sx10, 70sx8

BB shrug: (alt set with front & back)
    225x15x2, 275x12x2, 315x10x2

    Side delt laterals:
    35sx12, 40sx10, 45sx8

    Alt DB upright row:
    40sx12, 45sx10, 45sx8

    End time: 1:05
    End weight: 204

Loving the feeling I get on the way to the gym, while I'm there, & when I leave. Definitely gonna have to get both ordered to run once I'm out of my log supps.

  14. Still got a majority of my calories to get in today due to a busy work day.. But filling that empty pit of my stomach with some Texas Roadhouse. Half rack baby back ribs, sweet potato & a chili. :P

Hahaha, can't really hate it for doing its job, but it's one of those pains you enjoy. Thanks though!

I recently took only one scoop of Hemavol alongside Maximize Intense on a Mountain Dog leg session..

The first exercise was lying leg curls...two sets of 20, a set of 15, 12, 8 - and then a drop set of 10,10,10 and then 25 partials.

Talk about a painful pump! Hurts so good.

Haha, damn! Sure does sound like it.

  20. Drink my pre right now.. Headin to the gym to hit some chest & tris! Update later.

  21. Had a pretty good chest & tris workout today! Tried 2 scoops Hemavol with 1 scoop Compete for the first time today.. Was "in the zone" to say the least on the drive to the gym. When I got there, I was ready to throw around some weight around. Vascularity was pretty intense. Had a long sleeve thermal on & could even see my veins through my shirt. Never noticed that before. Endurance is still amazing. Rest between sets was no more than a minute. Was more than ready going into each set. Taste is still very pleasant. Never looked forward to drink a supplement so much! Haha. Workout wasn't as long as I wanted, but was limited on time before work. It was as followed.

    2/4 Chest & Tris

    Start time: 10:05
    Start weight: 203.5

    BB bench:
    135x10, 225x9, 255x6, 265x5, 275x4, 225x10

    Decline DB bench:
    80sx10, 90sx9, 105sx7
(kept sliding down bench because there was nothing to hold my feet. Lol will do in decline BB rack next time)

    High cable crossover:
    160x12, 180x10, 200x8
    (SS)
    Low cable crossover:
    80x12, 100x10, 120x8

    Weighted dips:
    BW+45x18/15/12/12, BWx33

    DB Tate press:
    40sx12, 45sx11, 50sx9

    Close grip bench:
    185x15/13/12
    (SS)
    Tricep pushdown:
    70x15/13/14

    End time: 11:09
    End weight: 204.3

Loving about every aspect of these products. Mad I waited this long to actually try them! Keep it up iForce.

  24. Veins through a thermal? That shows your doing things right - hard work on your part, and some kick ass benefits from Hemavol too. Nice workout!

Appreciate it man! Yea, the veins weren't crazy profound but that's the first time I've ever noticed an "definition" through a thermal shirt. Loving these products.

  26. Just got back from the gym & had a hell of a workout. Biceps are throbbing. Almost couldn't take my shirt off. :P Pumps were some of the best I've had on a bicep day.. Thought my skin was gonna rip apart. Vascularity was ridiculous. Gym was packed & damn near caught everybody looking (never been conceded but I'm serious lol)
Rest between sets were about a minute apart, as usual. Before this, I was going about 2-3 before feeling fully recovered from the previous set. I love the pumps from the Hemavol, but the endurance is by far my favorite aspect of the combo or Compete. Just the fact I can get in more reps or sets than I was using before, is pretty awesome. My workout was as followed.

    2/5 Back & bis

    Start time: 4:10
    Start weight: 200.1

1 arm DB row: (off hand on bench headrest)
    70x10, 110x10, 120x9, 125x8, 135x7, 155x6 (PR)

    Full range V bar pulldown:
    100x12, 110x12, 120x10

    1 arm barbell row:
    60x10, 70x10, 75x10
    (SS)
    1 arm Meadow row:
    60x10, 70x10, 75x10

EZ bar preacher curl: (negative last 3 reps)
    75x15, 85x13, 95x10(DS) 55x22

    Incline DB curl:
    30sx15, 35sx12, 40sx10

    Low cable rope curl:
    80x12, 90x11, 100x10
    (SS)
    1 arm High cable curl:
    50x12, 60x11, 70x10

    BB curl: (close/medium/wide grip)
    45x3xfailure (about 30 each set)

    End time: 5:20
    End weight: 200.8

I've been a pretty avid lifter for the past few years, but I've never looked forward to each day's workout like I have been since starting this combo. If you've peeping in this thread & have never used either of these iForce products, please do yourself a favor & get some. This stuff is the real deal.

I definitely plan it to be. Especially the fact it's non-stim. & I might not even tell them my secrets.. I'm selfish. Haha

  30. Off day today. But just finished playing pick up basketball at LA Fitness for 4 hours. Filled my gallon jug full of a scoop of Hemavol & compete & drank entirely throughout. Definitely helped with cardio endurance, which I haven't tested yet using these products.
