Couldn't think of a cool title for this one.
If you don't know me by now, well screw you, . I'm AD Army, and I train 2x a day on most days (sometimes more). Tons of running and crossfit, it's terribly programmed and I despise our training.
I have a trainer who programs my routine (extremely knowledgeable guy and takes a lot of work off of my shoulders) and since starting my mobility has greatly improved.
I'm working on my athleticism and I'm trying to work more sprinting days into my program, but it may not be possible when we do afternoon PT sessions.
This log will officially start tomorrow.

I wanna thank PNI and my buddy Ricky for hooking me up with 1 of each product for this. Expecting big things during this log, made some good progress during my last log, looking to carry that into this one as well.
