First off I would like to thank Matty for this opportunity to use these great products. Also a shout out and thanks to Lecheek for the opportunity as well.
I will be running one bottle of OxyEcaBlack and Hyper T-2. This is a great fat loss stack and I am very excited to start this stack up. I have not been to the gym in about 3 weeks. The holidays and being sick have killed me. I have never taken 3 weeks off from lifting in probably the last 5 years. I feel fat, sluggish, and can't wait to cut up.
I'm going to try and be disciplined these next 30 days or so. I need to lean up, and I want this stack to be my jump start to being the leanest I have ever been. I will be also taking my daily vitamins, Myofusion protein, and fish pills. I plan on switching up my routine. I like to lift heavy for reps between 8-15 and I have been keeping cardio at about 20 min total in a week if that. So I plan on keeping my rep range around the same but shorten rest periods. I also plan on starting every workout with 20 min cardio. This will hurt my strength and lift session maybe but I need to make sure I get cardio in and this is how I do it. I would also like to end every workout with 20 min cardio. Work out 6 days a week weights and cardio. I will also try doing abs everyday which I have never done I like to rest between every muscle group. I will try and alternate everyday between obliques and upper/Lower abs etc. if I can't get abs in one day I won't sweat it since I'm so frequent with them. I'm sure my strength will decrease bc I plan on doing a lot of cardio and also keeping a very low carb diet.
I plan on ripping up on this as much as possible in 30 days. I don't want to lose muscle so I will try and keep protein up around 250-300. Monday - arms
Tuesday - chest
Thursday - shoulders
Friday - arms
Sun - rest
This is my game plan for now as far as workout schedule.
I'm currently at 216.6lbs and looking fat as hell.
I'm thinking in the next 30 days I can drop 12lbs or maybe more. Hopefully all fat but we shall see.

In bro! Personally I'd throw the cardio in after weights it works way better for me, or sometimes ill warmup for 10 mins or so then lift then do another 15-30 of cardio after. Any way good luck bro kill this **** I've got two bottles of ea I'm running the last 8 weeks of my contest prep!Independent

Took both bills in morning with no food. 30 min later still did not get food and was light headed and slightly jittery. Not to uncomfortable though.
Started with 25 min cardio. Good pace. Did about 2.5 miles and was switching pace gradually going faster, up to 9mph. Great sweat and ready to go.
Started with standing lateral raises, 5 sets. Reps as low as 10 and as high as 15. 30-50lb DB's for these sets.
Then seated smith machine shoulder press. 4 sets, 135-245lbs, sets as high as 15 and as low as 6.
Bent over cable lateral raises
4 sets, 15-10 Reps 20-40lbs.
DB front raises, 4 sets 10-15 reps. 30-45lbs db's
Standing rope pull ins (not sure
What they are called but for rear delts) 4 sets up to 150lbs.
Front high pulls, barbell. 4 sets to failure with light weight up to 70lbs.
Several sets of shoulder shrugs at 225 finished shoulders and traps.
Did some ab work and back to cardio .
I kept rest periods very short an during my workout I wanted to throw up, actually felt great to push myself that hard.
Finished with 45 Minutes cardio. Walking with an incline.
Good start and hope I can keep it up.
2nd dose of pills had me jittery again and I took with a shake. Maybe need to stagger my doses.

Took OxyEcaBlack and HT2 at sane time again in the morning with a shake instead of on empty stomach. No side effects this time.
Started with 30 min cardio, did about 3.5 miles on treadmill
Bicep barbell curls: 5 sets as high as 30 reps and last set was 145lbs for 5 reps.
Hammer curl DB: 40-45-50 lb db's as high as 15 low as 10 reps
Seated incline DB curls 35-40-45 lbs for as high as 12 reps and last set was 10 reps
Rope cable hammer curls 4 sets of 15 at 70lbs and 85lbs
One arm cable Hercules curls 3 sets 30-35-40 lbs
Tricep pull downs 5 sets 70 lbs to 150 lbs. as high as 30 reps as low as 10 reps
One arm reverse cable pull downs 3 sets 15-20-25 lbs 15-12-12 reps
One arm DB skull crusher 3 sets 35-40-45 lbs all 15 reps
DB kickbacks 40-45-50 all 15 reps
Oblique ab work about 10 min worth
Ended with 30 min cardio treadmill. Some jogging and walking. Did just under 2.5 miles
Took some speedx3 Matty sent me in the past. I may use it on some days for extra energy bc of all the cardio before weights. Today I took it and had energy throughout the entire workout. Nothing crazy but I think starting with 30 min cardio just drains you period but I was surprised I was able to hit some high reps and the 145 on barbell curls.
Wanted to throw up a couple times during this workout. Tried to keep it fast paced.

Took pills together again and it was fine. I ate a shake with it so I will keep that up. Feeling sick today and real low energy. Dreading gym and not wanting to eat. Force feeding what I do eat
Started with 20 min stairclimber. Did this at a decently fast pace, nothing lower than 100 pace and up to 120 pace. Burned burned burned, this will be a new staple that I have not used before.
405x 10 neutral shoulder width Last set burned. Very happy I got this for 10 while Carb depleted,no PW, after stairclimber and low energy.
6 sets last set was the full rack 295 lbs for 8. Reps as high as 25.
Machine leg press
3 sets of 12 @ 390lbs full rack
Lying leg curls
200x4 Full rack
Abducters and adductors
10 min ab work
Ended with 25 min cardio. Just under 2.25 miles On treadmill.
After working out and a shake I felt a lot better

Man, I was sick for a while but started this stack once I felt better. I am not 100% yet, still have some cold symptoms. I got it from all my little nephew and nieces.

Thanks for the love guys. This is going to be the BEST 60 days of my fat cutting life. I'm anticipating the most drastic results I've gotten in such a short period of time so hopefully I can keep it up. I'm crazy motivated now.

Woke up and had my 8 egg omelette pre scrambled. Cooked that up and took my pills and got my day started. Feeling sick this morning, cold like symptoms. Coughing, sneezing, light headed And low energy. Around 2pm I started to feel better though.
Started with 20 min boxing drills. Good sweat and change of pace from regular cardio.
Flat bb bench
315x3 was not feeling strong at all.
Incline bb bench
Bb decline bench
Chest flys high position cable
3 setsx15 @100lbs. (Full rack)
DB pull overs
120 lb DB x10x10x7
15 min oblique work
Ended with treadmill cardio 20 min a little over 2 miles
Feeling weaker but body is handling workouts better, feeling like body is getting used to lower carbs and higher cardio.

This was a crazy workout today. I was exhausted from the start. Probably because the only carb source I had before the workout was broccoli and whatever is in my protein shake.
Went out to dinner ordered a sirloin steak with double steamed broccoli. I did have some chips and guac which made my calories and carbs. I needed them though bc workout had me crazy drained.
