Only 5 hours of sleep last night which is not a lot after a heavy leg day but had to work late and back at work in the morning for a 18 hour shift. But its overtime so no complaining but did have a 2.5 hour break in between so I was able to hit the gym.

Cable crossover (Superset with 80lb dumbell pullovers to failure. 4 sets )

Got called into work for some overtime so only had time for 18 min cardio. Hit stair stepper for 18 min and burned 315 calories. This 18 min burned.
Vascularity keeps improving as well.

Also, today was the last day of OxyEcaBlack but I still have hyper T2. I will continue the thread until day 30 using the T2. More fat burning to come.
Still progressing. Today is a cheat day and rest day...this equals disaster but it's superbowl Sunday.

Lol changed the Avi but this photo is from a couple weeks ago. Yea I'm loving this stack for sure and have some burning to do yet.

Day 23......ate 1 huge meal during the games. Crazy amount of wings, fries, onion rings, pizza, Etc. back at my grind tomorrow.
Today I ran out of OxyEcaBlack but have T2 left. Ill keep taking that twice a day until day 30.

First day without the OxyEcaBlack but I'm keeping up with the T2. Need to make up for yesterday's cheat this week. Had some venison steak today as well for the first time in years. Delicious.
Started with 13 min cardio slow pace. Treadmill 1.10 miles and burned 185 calories.
