Lol. Thanks guys. Luckily it was Saturday afternoon and the gym was empty. I can fit another 4 plates total on the machine safely and I think there may be Enough plates in the gym to support that.
Rest day today. Diet was not perfect but it wasn't to bad. Back at the gym tomorrow.
Also forgot to take my second dose of OECA and T2 mid afternoon so I just took them at 9pm. Lets see if it messed up my sleep. I'm a heavy sleep and should be up for another couple hours.

Was not happy with my diet today. All this talk about Reese's did me in. My sister is a pastry chef and she had some Reese's peanut butter baking chips. Lol I lost that battle, I also had 3 bowls of golden Graham's cereal for breakfast which makes my carbs high for today. Back at it tomorrow.
Started with a 1.5 mile treadmill run. Did it in about 9:50 and Burned 250 calories. Boy it burned finished with 21 min cardio 2.6 miles and 430 calories.

Def see progress although pic quality isn't the best. Love handles down a little and abs are trying to make an appearance. I'm about 212.5 when I took these pics. So down about 4 pounds.
A lot of progress will be made in the next 2 weeks. Way to much lower stomach and back fat.

Switched back routine up today for the first time in years lol.

30 min cardio to end all in stair master, burned 460 calories. Going to start doing bulk cardio after workout. In the past the cardio before hand has helped alot but I've also lost muscle in the past too. So for now ill do warm up cardio and the bulk it at The end.
Had some venison kielbasa as a snack today for the first time....it was great!!!!
These are where I'm used to my calories being while cutting. Ill have to try and stick to this for the rest of this stack.
