PES Alphamine, Erase, Prometheus rising Log
So i am going to be doing this stack for a month, i have already started on it for 3 days so far and ill keep logging information every day or every other day;
For training i am doing HIIT 100s Training by Jim Stopanni, it is brutal! but as you will see the numbers i lifted were quite confusing, i kinda mucked around a bit. I wont include abs as my routine is the same, i prefer body weight
a circuit of Hanging Leg Raise, laying leg raise, v- sit up and coffin sit up
Day 1- 86kg, 16% BF
Supplements;
Alphamine- 1 scoop- 5.45am
Erase Pro- 1 Cap- 6.15am
Prometheus Rising 4 Caps- 6.15am
Training; 30-45 secounds rest between each set and 1 minute rest each exercise
Bench Press- 10x10 @ 40kgs
3xFailure(7-10) @ 85Kgs
Incline Bench Press- 3xFailure @ 85Kgs
Cable Crossover- 3xFailure (12-15)@ 35Kgs
Lat Pull down- 10x10 @ 45Kgs
3xFailure(7-10) @ 90Kgs
Barbell Bent Row- 3xFailure(8-10) @ 62Kgs
Straight Arm Pull down- 3xFailure(12-15) @ 15Kgs
Dead/Curl/Press- 10x10 @ 12Kg in each arm

So far i am feeling good lots of energy, my abs already feel like they are showing up more, i have been doing the program for 2 weeks now, but yeah just started the supplements... only negative side is im spraying when i go to the toilet

In for this! Never heard of the Prometheus but the rest of the stack is killer. Excited to see how this stack treats you.
Are you taking before and after pics?
Alphamine does give the bowel movement side for some users but quite a few of the cases died down after a few days of use. I personally don't have any trouble with it.

It could be from the prometheus rising. You could try dosing it pre-bed on a empty stomach. I seem to have more success that way instead pre-breakfast or pre-workout in terms of avoiding the bowel movements. It may subside in a week or two. Good luck.

If Prometheus contains DAA then it could very well be from that. I have trouble with GI issues when taking some DAA products.

I am not to worried about the bowel movement honestly , as i have been bound up for the past 3 months quite severely, butyeah ill try that tomorrow night and see how i feel. Thanks!

Day 4- Will do workout later tonight (it is 8am here) i have to go to the zoo for my nephews 3rd birthday! haha ill try and not eat too many lollies....heres a picture i took last night, i shaved my chest except for the middle bit just for the lolz....i am so white!

I just did some light cardio today after the zoo, walked around lots and ate alot haha, will weigh in tomoz and get bf%

What type of cardio are you doing? Do you notice excess sweating or any other added benefits from using the alphamine and hitting cardio after?

cheers mate, yeah had fun little nephew is crazy, but i have more energy now with the alphamine. Going to a bbq now i hope i havent eaten too much today to ruin tomoz weigh in lol (ill be measuring bf every sunday)

for cardio i just used bike and cross trainer, i sweated quite a bit but it was ok.... main benefit was i had more energy to do it all and still feel good, did abs too

I definitely love the energy I get from alphamine. It's a clean but very noticeable boost. I swear using alphamine helps me deal with stress better and just boosts my overall mood. The taste is amazing as well, I love to sip on it for a while.

Day 5- didnt get to weigh in today or get bf measured will do it tomoz morning
Tore my right bicep last night only grade 1 so i can still use it, will be interesting how i go from now on, LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!
did cardio today again just to give it a rest, tomoz ill be doing chest and back should be fine though its not really sore.
Had a massive lunch yesterday then massive dinner last night so weigh in today would have been **** anyway, bring on tomoz!
