Thanks everybody I'm hella excited. Went to check in tonight and saw coach who looked at me after eating 4 cups of brown rice throughout the day today and said, " go home and eat 12 oz steak split, and a total of 3 more cups of white basmati rice!" Omfg I just finishedy last meal so effing good. I love basmati rice.
I'll check in in the am sometime. Thirsty as hell lol

You should be feeling pretty good with all those carbs.
Bean, do me a favor. As SOON as you get off stage from the night show and are done for the night, pound gatorade and water. Your body is extremely dehydrated and you really need those electrolytes.
After that go to town, eat everything in sight. Treat yourself to something nice.
(personally, I'd get some rib eyes on the grill with mashed potatoes and corn and peas, but that's just me)

Well I got my ass handed to me not really sure why, but I had a lot of fun and am anxious to get to work after this weekend. 8 or 9 out of 15 I think. My coach is baffled but whatever. It's gonna be a few days b4 pics as no one got any on their phones so I need to get them emailed to me. Thank you all for your support and sorry to let you all down.

Fifteen is a huge class.
What are your plans now? Transition into bodybuilding? Or stick with physique?
Also I can't say because I haven't seen pics but from personal past experiences, judges do make mistakes
If anything you can use this as motivation for off season training.
I know when I thought I should have gotten first at a show and came out with second, I was furious. My conditioning smoked the guy, the only difference being his smooth legs were slightly bigger.
You can bet your sweet ass every leg day I look at that second place trophy

Great work bean. Very proud of your progress man and your disciplined. You have come so far from where you started. It has motivated me like crazy I just haven't put that motivation to work yet lol. But keep it up man, you did awesome.
