So once again, I now have what my kid had. Woke up yesterday with the worst sore throat I've had in a while along with some lovely green snot in my nose that will not go away. I was still able to hit my macros yesterday but I did have a little more carbs in the form of fruit yesterday.
No gym yesterday and I'm still debating about going in today. The throah is much better but my sinuses are on fire and I was up all night hacking this **** up (horrible gag reflex lol). I'm sitting right at ten weeks out so I'm contemplating making this week a deload week then going balls out till I'm done. I just got up so I have two meals to catch up on along with some rest.

So I decided to go in and feel out a leg routine. It went decent, I felt like puss c after every set cuz I was winded (can't breath through my nose). But overall I kept it short.
Warmup on stairs 10m
Leg press no lockout
4 plates x20
5 plates x20
6 plates x20
7 plates x18
8 plates x14 drop
7 plates x13 drop
6 plates x15 drop
5 plates x12 drop
(Plates are per side so just double)
Sick quad pump after this winded as fock after those drops
Smith wide stance squat
225x15x14x12x8 (1.5 technique last set)
Leg ext ss with leg curls 2 sec squeeze for both
Seated calves 4 sets (3 sec squeeze at top then 5-8 sec stretch at bottom
Overall I'm glad I went in
As I figured it has moved into my chest. Today is normally an off day but I got up and went for a walk the fresh air helped a bit. Chest and shoulders tomorrow
