First off bro never worry about posting stats here. I mean we all are here to learn and progress. I don't like posting pics of my fat lol but do toand show the progress I've made. And every one I mean every one has a weak body part. I'm like you imo my biceps have always been weak compared to other parts. One thing I started doing a couple months ago a friend showed me was spider curls. IMO that was one hell of a workout bro!
