Interesting workout- lesson of the day- don't offer your gf to workout w you. She showed up like 40 minutes in to my lift an the last 15 minutes ended up taking me about 30 bc she kept asking me stuff. Stuff she knows which is the frustrating part. And then proceeded to say everything hurt her. I told her to stop complaining avkut her body so much of she doesn't wanna put in the work to change it. (kf course also telling her she doesn't NEED to change anything) this has been a constant for 2.5 years w her. Always complaining but never wanting to work. END RANT.
On a positive note - had a few LEGIT pr's today.. Big Boy ones not baby ones compared to the rest of AM. Will post workout tonight. Time to feed hard.
Edit- my ass and hip muscle has gotten too big from the heavy deads and prowler the past 3 weeks. Noneof my jeans fit comfortably. I'm going to continue w the deads, but stop the prowler until I am done with heavy deads lol. I hate tight jeans- it's the ex fat kid in me.
