Op updated with progress pics
I took one scoop alphamine (first time ever) today pre workout with 1scoop condense. I was hummin. Lots of clean energy that lasted my whole workout and I don't feel as tired as I normally do after a long day at this time of night.
Tomorrow I will be adding forskolin 95 @ 2 caps a day and hghpro at 4 caps pre bed. Friday will add anabeta.
So the lineup moving forward for 2 more weeks of logging will be:

+Staples- alcar, b, d3, fish oil, sam e, recover pro, whey , calcium and magnesium

Today's workout was annoyin at the start bc I Couldnt sprint due To a weird pain / tightness in my Achilles which didn't amount to anything but it kept me from sprinting. None the less I opened with 32 minutes and 420 cals of cardio via jogging and incline walking.
Went to my 10x4 trap deads and did 10 sets of [email protected] Next week is 10x3 @245 or 250.
After these I am super tight so I did some
SLDL stretchers with the straight bar and then I did my PT circuit of glute ham bridges and rear leg elevated split squats to stretch out my hips lower back and hip flexors. I also did some hip thrusts w my back across the bench.
Sumo db squat on benches- wanted to get deep mobility and get blood into the legs after those deads
3 sets of 15@ 65lbs 30 seconds rest
Single leg curls alternating each leg no rest
40lbsx20,20 and 11 partial reps (5 at bottom, 5 at top and one full rep to finish)
Single leg extensions same as above
Hip adduction- 100,120,140x 15 drop 90x15 minimal rest between sets
Hip abduction- same as above
Standing calf raises- 250lbs x 50 reps no rest
Seated calf raises- 120x20 drop 110x 20 drop 100x16- wow burning!
Finished with more liss (attempted one sprint and got it for 30 seconds but Achilles acted up again so I just kept with liss incline walking)
Total cardio - 49minutes 620 cals

Final write up
The purpose of this log was to determine if the solo use of bps vanillean (VL) could be used a)to reduce body fat b)to reduce body fat on a caloric surplus c) allow the user to complete a successful recomp, adding muscle mass while reducing body fat
No dietary changes were made for this log, if any, the user increased calories above standard lean bulk calories on some days. Utilizing IF protocol, the user fasted for 16-20 hours, and used a 4-8 Hour feeding window. The user used a moderate carb, high fat, High protein diet, and moderate carb meals were separated from high fat meals whenever possible.
VL was taken orally 3 times a day for 28 days. There were two distinct protocols used for dosing. On workout days:
1 cap 30-45 minutes pre workout
1 cap 30 minutes prior to first post workout meal
1 cap 30 minutes prior to last meal of the day/night
On non workout days:
1 cap upon rising
1 cap 30 minutes prior to first meal
1 cap 30 minutes to last meal
* the user took one cap pre bed for two nights in a row and experienced sleep disruptions (inability to fall asleep) and ceased this dosing after two attempts*
Within an hour or two of first dose, the user was very warm and perspired slightly. He recalls having to roll down the car window in 20 degree weather on new years day just to cool off. This trend continued for the duration of logging. On multiple occasions, hot flashes/intense thermo effects were felt at random through out the day and/or at night while sleeping. The user had to take his shirt off some nights and sleep outside the covers in a CT winter.
The user noted the most thermo effects with pre workout dose and noticed increase sweating for duration of the log.
The users girlfriend repeatedly told him "you feel so warm! I love it" and the user was able to confirm increased body temperature around the clock after 1 week of dosing.
The first 2.5 weeks the user noticed the thermo chills- hot core and cold extremities (feet/hands) the coldness in extremities reduced in Intensity nearing the end of the 28 days, but did not totally subside, perhaps the user simply adjusted to it rather than implicating lessening of effects.
No conclusions could be drawn on appetite reduction. Some days the user was very hungry during fast, and others were a breeze.
No conclusions can be made on overall energy increase from dosing VL, however the thermo effect seemed to make it easier to move, as if the user was already 'warmed up'
After workouts, body temp stayed elevated above *baseline elevation* meaning- VL alone raised body temp, and working out raised it beyond the initial rise.
Noticeable fat loss appeared after 8-9 days and increased roughly every 2-4 days thereafter.
The starting bodyweight was 170lbs
At the midway point, the user weighed at 169 consistently for 10 days.
At the final 3-4 days of weighing, the user finished the 28 days at 172lbs.
The visual evidence presented suggests that the user was able to achieve his purpose of a)to reduce body fat b)to reduce body fat on a caloric surplus c) to complete a successful recomp, adding muscle mass while reducing body fat. With a net gain of 2lbs, and a visible reduction in body fat, primarily around the waist and trunk, the results thus prove that in the case of this subject, VL was effective as a stand alone supplement.

30min pre lift
1 scoop condense
1 scoop alphamine
3 caps SNS MCC
Remainder of day will have 2 more VL caps before meals, 1 forksolin with last meal of day, 2 sns mcc with last meal. Recoverpro with half scoop condense immediately post work out , 500mg alcar with first post workou meal.
Tomorrow will Add Anabeta to all this. And probably increase alphamine have not decided, might wait til sat.

Very nice write up cheda !
Reminds me of my college days. You really put a lot of effort into this log and the write up is really the icing on the cake.
Detailed observations on all relevant topics and you used type of scientific writing that I enjoy reading. The set up really is one of the best I have read.

Also, it's not just the writing, but the max effort you put into diet and exercise that made this log one of the best.

Yeaterday Jan 31 was chest volume, shoulder and tri's hyper. No cardio. Alphamine is giving me laser like focus for a solid 60 minutes and then seems to subside slightly and wear off after 3-4 hours post dose. Haven't had a hardcore cardio session with it yet.. Think today will be like 85% effort for cardio. I am going to be doing lats and bis hyper work with mid back volume work and some abs today. Probably Tabata style hiit on the treadmill.
I started Anabeta as well today. Last night/ this morning I woke up with insane wood.. I NEVER get it anymore :/ I think it's the hgh pro bc last time I used samples of it, I was very woody haha. Checking my mail soon, hopefully the additional VL arrived!
