Friday I just got off work, went home to change and got to the gym 57 minutes before they closed so I figured I do a Bench and Deads day.
2 sticks and 20 ounces of water in a shaker (then add some ice) mix it up well and you're good to go. The ice really helps make the Lemon Lime becoming less tart and more enjoyable.

my knee was all agitated, was very painful even with such light weight. wasnt going to push it though. I'm in it for the long run so pushing myself past the pain into an unneeded, avoidable injury would just be stupid.
all in all a great day of lifts, super stoked about the 315 for reps set. Made my day!!!!
taste: 8/10 pretty solid taste, a nice lemon lime flavor with no weird aftertaste at all
focus: 8/10 when it hit me I just zoned in and went to work and in the end a payday of gains came
energy: 7/10 had no bite to it, I noticed my energy go up (smoothly) but then I felt completely normal. The focus portion stayed throughout however.
was so happy that I finally got over the 315 mark and for reps on top of that!
so awesome first day. now luckily its Monday so that means another day of gains
