Alright guys had army stuff today and was on a call last night for about 4 hours needless to say no gym time lol.
I did however get up at 4 this morning and managed to hit the gym before army stuff.
Pull ups BW +55 x9x8x6
Close grip pull downs 170 x10x8x6
Bent BB rows 185 x15x15x15
Dead lifts 225x10
* I'm not really gauging my strength and reps as of late. I've been taking a beak from that for a little, it just started to be too much on my body with going to failure every workout and including HIIT and cardio.
I'm going to get better with stuff like that when my stack arrives. I'll also probably be switching to going high reps for a little while and give my joints some time to .
I've also been thinking about setting up a program with heavy 3 weeks, high rep range three and so on... OR I may DC again with high RR... Or I may do Rest Pause sets for my main lifts and then high rep out lol... I have a lot to think about lmao!
Going to nap and prob hit another session. I have some catching up to do because of the call last night.
