Have you seen a good chiropractor? I can't remember if you said you had. I remember slight Lordosis, which is the exact opposite of the problem I have. There has to be some exercises and **** you can be doing.

I'm getting my BS in Food and Nutrition. Following that PA school although I've been looking into Nurse Practitioner. I aspire to be like Eric Serrano medical practitioner, nutritionist, trainer etc. Having my own practice is the goal. With my PA I'll have to work under a physician as an NP I'll be able to run my own clinic, so we will see.

You're def not the only one bro. I've been doing this for a few years now

    What about you?

GOod stuff man, I know a few people doing the whole PA thing. Thats a good end goal, still doing the whole training thing while being in the medial field as well, pretty cool idea. Im gonna have to check out Eric Serrano. You ever watch any of John Meadows videos? I swear he reminds me of my Biology Professor and hes smart as well. I want to be like that lol.

I'm studying for my MCATs now, taking them around September. Looking to do that whole Med School thing. Haven't taken any summers off since my Freshman year lol.

Yeah man, I'm doing my nutrition degree to have a strong working knowledge of diet etc to be able to, like Dr Serrano, do comprehensive panels and actually fix **** instead of simply throwing Rx at it. Look at what is going on with nutrition, deficiencies, imbalances, fitness level, hormones, sleep and so on and so forth so it's not just take this pill and you'll feel better. Oh and what happens when that pill makes you feel this? Well, there's another pill for that.

Dr Serrano is also one of the Muscle Pharm guys I know, I know, Muscle Pharm, they have to make mainstream products lol. They're not so bad haha. I like Meadows, he's definitely a smart dude we were actually just talking about him in another thread. Dude is a monster.

Good luck studying, crush those tests man. Have you tried Focus XT for studying? I have tubs stock piled man, I loathe studying without it.

This is a great statement. Actual diagnostic work in medicine is rare. They just throw drugs at you until something works. I've gone through this for years with my son and his autism, no doctors listen to us they just tell us to do the same crap that hasn't worked for years. Same with my fiancée who has chronic Lyme disease. No doctors can help her, none of them are up to the task of trying to understand a disease that evolves to defeat treatments. They just give up. It's disgusting.

Your passion is beyond admirable, man.

    Mako - Our Story: http://youtu.be/0wlEU555tcQ

Every ****ing chance you get, every second available, it's important to look around you and enjoy what life is. We all get so caught up in our lives, our responsibilities, the people around us, school, work, the stress - ugh the ****ing stress, cooking, shopping, it's non-stop, the endless adult duties.

There is so much more to life guys, never stop living the adventure. Meet new people, smile at an old woman or man, call them sir or ma'am they love that and it's respectful (young bucks). Make someone else's day better! We're all connected, we're all people, it's us, all of us.

I walk through life in constant admiration, I people watch, stalk, call it what you want . But what I see is incredible, if you take the the time to merely look around (don't actually stalk, quick looks will do) you might see a single mom with her little ones. This single mom may be there getting her kiddos dinner after working her second job but still takes the time to cook them a nice meal and help them with their homework before putting them to bed and doing it all over again. You may be walking out to your car and notice a transient that you normally turn your nose up to. What you may not know is that this man may very well have absolutely zero family and have fought for this country we live in. And the poor man is sleeping on our streets. These are the people that make "us" up. These are the* world's that we're surrounded by. This is nothing more than the beauty of life. The beauty of people.*

There's so much bad, sooooooo much ****ing bad that we HAVE to admire the beauty. One of my brothers is going through heart ache, just a mess but like I've told him, you have to embrace that ****. You have to love the pain, be glad that you were able to share that with someone else. That's an incredible thing. The hurt can't stop you from going up and shaking your butt on a rando or dropping some smooches on an unknowing recipient or victim . We have to live life despite the pain. That's where the magic happens! That's where the magic is found! Finally being so tired of the bull **** that you're going to do what you want, you're going to be happy,* no matter what is going on. Uninhibited fun in spite of the bull ****. Going out and just saying **** it. Going to the middle of the dance floor and doing the sprinkler because that's all you know or because you ****ing wanted to! Eyeing a chick or dude from afar, grabbing her hand like a princess saying "m'lady" and kissing her hand. Who cares if you get the digits you ****ing lived despite what ANYONE thought! This is YOUR life, write YOUR ****ing story!

The older population that I used to transport on the ambulance used to tell me a few words of advice. I'll share the most common with you - have more sex (responsibly ), be kind, have fun. That's it, over 1000 cumulative years of wisdom wrapped up into a few lines.

Everyday we have is a gift, remember to take it in every once in a while. Be silly, be ****ing ridiculous, act like a ****ing goof ball, love as many people as you possibly can, do right by people, go to a new place all by yourself and force yourself to meet new friends, get punched in the face, punch someone back hahaha!!! (don't get arrested) LIVE! Who cares what people think! Do you! Live an epic life! We only have one shot to do this right, make it count!

Be safe, **** what people think, be who you really are, and have fun!

*Get cabs don't drink and drive, and use protection. Work your ass off but have some fun.

    Until next time

    -V

Will update gym progress tomo but for tonight, I'm going out to go get wild. My girl, my brothers and I are going to go lead by example in the art of absolute and total ridiculousness. =)

That was the best piece of information I've read on this site. You can't sacrifice all the fun for work without circling the drain of madness. Balance is key!

Fun without compromises. When I say compromises I mean to other people's lives or to your own quality of life.

    Day 10

    Been busy as ****!

DermaStrength has surpassed my expectations, I wanted to drop my other staples such as Citrulline Malate and Agmatine prior to making any specific posts about what I've been noticing. That being said, DermaStrength is providing me with a definite increase in vascularity and an overall muscle fullness as seen with the other loggers. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to test this out as much as I'd like due to my hectic schedule this past week but after I get caught up with homework this week updates will be much more regular.

I can't in good conscience say that I've noticed increased sweating although I have been sweating a ton haha! However, it's been pretty damn hot in AZ, so it may just be increases in Temps. Now that I think about it though there was a time the other day I asked my girl if she or my son were sweating because I was dying of heat and sweating. Hmmmm... I'll keep an eye on this.

    So to recap day 10

The pump factor is definitely there even on days that I haven't been able to get to the gym. I would at this point compare this to an agmatine pump. Stacking the two together is def like Citrulline Malate and Agmatine IMO, which is my personal golden standard for delivering pumps.

For tonight's workout endurance did seem to be up slightly. This may be due to getting an academic scholarship, so like with the sweating I will keep an eye on this. My workout tonight likely shouldn't have gone as well as it did though as caloric intake was much lower than it should have been and I got like 5 hours of sleep with a busy day and I didn't take a preworkout.... hmmm...

This is why I like to log, I realize things after recapping my diet, sleep, Caffeine intake, supp intake etc.

My workout should not have gone as well as it did tonight. Will take note on the endurance and keep a close eye on reoccurring effects.

In addition, I have noticed that I have been more full lately despite my lowered carb intake. During times of gym drought like the end of last week and this weekend I usually drop carbs to accommodate for the lowered energy expenditure. I still have remained very full and have caught myself getting random pumps throughout the day even when just sitting doing homework

    Update

    Day 11 7/29

    Legs

Leg day, mostly isolation movements such as leg extensions, curls, press. After I tired out my legs, I went over to the squat rack to feel out how my back is doing. Started with 4 sets with the bar x15. Then moved onto 4 sets with 10's on each side, which felt good. Then I threw some quarters on each side. At this weight I started to feel a very, very, slight pinching sensation in my back so I hit 8, felt the pinch right at 8 and stopped. It seems my back is still a little further out than I thought.

    7/30

    Off day.

DermaStrength is definitely working as a damage protocol, which really says a lot about the possibilities of this product. I'll explain a little further, my diet has been pretty funky since last Friday due to flying my kiddo home, going out Friday night, being hung over most of Saturday and catching up on school work Sunday. Then Monday I was out of the house most of the day eating leftover pizza for breakfast and having fast food for lunch. Needless to say, with all that going on I haven't been eating the best, at all.

***Here's the cool part about DS***

I went home Tuesday night and rolled around with my lady after being gone from her for 2 days lol. The next morning same thing BUT I noticed that during the bow chicka wow wow I got GNARLY painful pumps both times. Then while I was making egg white omelets, my girl looks at me and says "Well, good morning six pack." I was all like huh? Then I went to look in the mirror and despite my lack of being able to train with both the intensity and frequency I normally do, I've been leaning up a little and look pumped very frequently throughout the day. Also, during homework I was vascular as **** and was getting pumps from typing, no **** lol, homework pumps dudes, homework pumps

If you read the beginning of the log you'll remember reading that I injured my back before starting this and was using this mostly as a damage protocol type supp. I have another bottle on the way so I should be able to start ramping up some of my workouts with that one to use this and gauge how it effects my numbers on some lifts.

I feel ****ing phenomenal today and I shouldn't lol. I probably only got 3 hours of interrupted sleep. After my workout yesterday, I would have assumed I needed much more sleep but I feel great. Got some Focus XT on deck, killing some homework and feeling good.

I forgot to add to yesterday's workout that my painful pumps were painful in the absence of carbs. Not just an absence in preworkout carbs but in general. I didn't consume any carbs at all preworkout and the pumps were great.

Today is shoulders and traps. I'm going to try and squeeze in a nap prior to the gym, we'll see. Fingers crossed
