    M-Sten Rx log


    Thanks again to HeavyIron and IML for hooking it up and allowing me to log their Methylstenbolone product, M-Sten Rx. Been lifting weights about 17 years & have tried quite a few different ph's/ds's. Currently running 300mg of Test-E and just ran Super DMZ 2.0 awhile back, so I will know when the M-Sten kicks in hard. This time around I will be lifting a little more for hypertrophy as opposed to my usual strength oriented programs.


    Chest:

    incline bb bench: 255x7, 275x5, 290x3, 300x3, 285x5, 265x7
    db pull-overs: 40x15, 45x12
    flat db flyes: 35x15
    incline press, Hoist machine: 180x15, 270x2x11, 320x11
    plate-loaded dips, Hoist: 270x12, 340x12, 320x12

    Tri's: Tate press, db: 30x3x11
    overhead rope extension: 85x12, 100x10, 100x10 ->drop set 70x6
    1 arm cable pushdowns: 25x3x12

    --Of course, nothing just yet. I expect the gains to start in about 10 days. Will be updating at least 4x/week.

    Felt good today, had some lower-body injuries several months ago..so I'll try to take it 'slow' as to not injure myself. Lower back and hips felt good. Sumo's were done more for speed/muscle building purposes. I'm thinking 'placebo aggressiveness' kicked in this morning, cuz I felt strong pulling the conv DL's.

    Supposed to be squats today, but someone was using up only squat rack...so did DL's for 5's.

    Deadlifts: 230x5, 265x5, 300x5, 315x5

    Leg press:270x12, 450x12, 540x10, 610x10, 610x13, 360x15

    Strength is getting good - was driving thru those DL's strong and pulled out 3 extra reps on my heaviest set of legpresses. Strength really showed on benchpress today - hit 315x6 --had at least 2 more reps, but no spotters around. Chest is still pumped and everything was looking swole today. Alpha mentality in the gym has definitely set in.

    I will be running M-sten real soon and have a few things around but not sure. Im pretty green on the subject. I have some dpol, Anabeta, milk thistle for sure multis and some fish oil. Would that be enough u think. Would Anabeta even be beneficial?
