    TEST BOOSTING with TBLAST

First off I would like to thank NLAFounder and all the NLA Performance community for the opportunity to log their product, im extremely excited!!
    The Ultimate Testosterone Optimizer!

    Maximize Natural Testosterone Production
    • 3200mg of D-Aspartic Acid
    • Extreme Intensity and Mental Focus
    Enhanced Libido and Sex Drive
    • Estrogen Aromatase Inhibitors

    INTRO:

Hey guys!!! T-BLAST IS HERE!! And I am here to log this product from NLA Performance! I have never taken any of their products but this product looks to be for real!
    DETAILS:

I plan on posting and update every day as much as possible. The company is giving me a chance to try their product for so I should be giving the most feedback as possible. In this log I am mainly looking for gains in strength and in size. I will comment on any side effects, mood swings or anything that I feel to be important.

    HISTORY:

I have been consistently lifting since my freshman year in college. I came in to play football, I was 5’9” 230lbs and fat. After much work and consistency I lost a lot of weight and have become a lot stronger. I have become addicted and don’t know what I would do without it.

    MY SPLIT:
    Sunday back/abs
    Monday off
    Tuesday bis/tris
    Wednesday shoulders/traps/abs
    Thursday chest/calves
    Friday legs
    Saturday off or bis/tris
Days of week do not always correlate with workouts, order is not always the same.

    ABOUT ME:
    Age: 20
    Weight: 178lbs
    Height: 5’9”

    SUPPS:
    NLA Peformance: T-Blast
    Body Fortress : Whey Protein
    Berkley & Jensen: Men’s Daily’s
    ON: Fish Oil
    GOALS:
    Add More Size
    Get Stronger
    Break PRs
    Get up to 180+lbs

    FINAL WORDS:
Here we GOOOOOOOO!!! I am so excited! Can’t wait to taking the first dosage right now before I leave for the gym, LETS GO!! If there are any questions or comments or anything like that post it up! Big thanks to NLA Performance for hooking me up with T-BLAST!

Not sure if you saw my calf workout, but I will superset seated calf raises with standing calf raises. I think that works pretty well, give it a try and let me know if you like it.

Take a db in one hand. Hold the db faced down while extending and lifting it up at a 45 degree angle across your body. Make sure you are using your pecs and not ur shoulder to move the weight or this will not help your chest. I like to think about the pec while doing this and that helps me concentrate on using it instead of using my shoulder. Also when you reach the top of the movement, which should be about as high as ur shoulders make sure you are flexing and squeezing your pec, I feel like this also helps a lot. Hope this helps ya buddy

Great day in the gym overall, was going to do shoulders but when I was warming them up they were still a little tired from chest yesterday so I decided to do arms. So far no side effects or anything bad besides for the last three days I have had small headaches but that could be from something else. College is stressful sometimes lol. If they continue I will let you guys know, for right now I see no big deal just pop some Advil haha. Looking forward to shoulders tomorrow, day 4!!!!!
