Day 1 PCT
Just finished my first cycle with good strength gains, do I want to lose them? NO, so I am going to keep them. Heard some good praise about this product and I hope that I retain what I have earned

I feel that I will probably lean out a little during this i am at 194.6 right now. My cal intake is around 2800 maybe during the holidays it will fluctuate, more then likely less. I have also stopped beer, so a lot of empty calories will not be affecting my progress.
Will be posting up some pics after the next few workouts. I will also be using a test booster with AD-3, I saw it stacked with Finaflex so thought it would be good. I am not using Finaflex I am using another product, T-Blast by NLA

I had the same pct with ad-3 finaflex DAA and
T-911 liquid thougt it was killer lost water retention looked fuller and didn't lose muscle or strength I also felt well rested all day with ad-3 the only side effect my back broke out but to me that's high T signs good luck bro

Shouldn't be a problem. My idea was just that a few weeks back. The calories mid log I was going to drop and add hella core/cardio.

Night 1
2caps AD-3 and three Testbooster (Testbooster will be from here out taken 2/2/2)
Sleep was straight through, normally I get up at least once for bathroom. Between the two products the sleep was great. L-dopa and the ZMA in the other product. Woke up a little tired and not motivated, groggy is my excuse. Took my preworkout and had a BCAA concoction intra. And off I went. At 515am what better way to start the day, legs doing good should keep it up. Weight this morning after workout was 191 not sure why the drop but I will keep close tab on this, hopefully little water weight and fat loss we will see.

Night 2
Slept pretty good, wasn't as groggy this morning. I took 2 AD-3 and 2 Testbooster right before bed. Only got up once so that was normal. Waiting for the gym to open so the whole family can go.

Nice workout this morning. Fun havin a partner, most certainly my wife. I started with incline chest, and decline then she showed up after doing her cardio.

I did some other stuff don't know what they are call I used. 30lb bar .... Skull crushers combined with pressing bar above stomach. So the range of motion started while lying in bench behind my head pulled over stomach dropped down touched stomach then up to ceilin pulled back a over head bend at elbows dropped behind head.
Did some core/abs (wife was killing it, she's going to be sore!)
Came home ate an 2egg whit and 1large egg cheese, Turkey sandwich. Had 2 T-Blast test booster, cinnamon caps, vitamin c, bcomplex, multivitamin. Chased it down with my second protein shake of day.
One good thing I talked with the personal trainer at the gym and he's ordering me some protein powder. His brother is sponsored by a supplement company ad he's able to get it cheap, $30 for 15lbs that's sick!

Another good workout mostly lats and delts upper back. Still little sore from the other days calf routine. Gonna be interesting crawling around in an attic installing a new AC and checking all supply vents. At least ill be putting some hundros in the bank.
