    Ok So i have like I have been neglecting you guys, don't worry daddys home. Here are my last few entries, still waiting on the PA>

    Alright so I'm gonna do a few workout logs before the stuff shows up just to get back in the habit of logging. Not sure what I'm supposed to do over at anabolic minds because I can'tpost any links yet because I'm too new so yeah, someone could help me out there lol.

    Today was chest, dropped all other supps minus the carboxy and the jacked micro, 2 scoops this morning

    Zero Gravity eliptical for 10 min *gettin back into cardio

    Shoulder warm-up routine 5lb,
    these are rotator cuff exercises I picked up from my chiropractor, really saves the shoulders

    Probably the best workout I've had in a while. Sure to be sore. I kept the rest time in between sets under 1min so I moved really fast through this workout. Sipped on some MODERN BCAA the whole workout that definetly helped a lot. Once the Pantented shows up I will probably switch the eliptical to running on the tredmill. Gonna try to keep the diet cleaner as well.

    Alright so today I rushed through a workout, I got important things today but I got an insane pump in my triceps and they are dead.
    If i remember I did
    rope extensions
    overhead extensions
    close grip push downs
    and cable kickbacks
    Super sets and with no rest in between
    waiting on the magical box from casey to show up
    Until then stay alpha

    Ok I haven't worked out yet. But if my math is correct I average about 2200 to 2500 calories a day depending on the restrictions put on my diet from school. Plenty of protein probably somewhere about 240 grams. Carbs are limited to after workouts

    Well hello everyone! My little magical white bottle came in the mail today. Not kidding about the bottle size either. When I saw the size of the bottle all I could thing is "Oh god what have I gotten myself into?" First thing I did was pour out all the pills and count them. Yep, 30 pills. Must be some very very very potent stuff. Glad I did a carb load today for my leg day.
    I've been waiting to take these workouts back to the max. Super excited about my first run.

    So today was back day, I felt pretty damn good today.
    I felt immediately more dense like I had gained some weight, felt awesome

    Ok so rich suggested I check my weight, I honestly thought I had gained some excess weight and was easily around 210 or 215
    It was quite a surprise when I found out I was only 195, wow, that's weird, checked on 2 different scales too
    Anyways DAY 4! AWW YEAH!

    feeling really good, I noticed that I'm able to work a little harder and the muscular fatigue doesn't kick in til late late in my workout. Been allowing me to get some beast workouts. Like I could just keep going, great stuff.

    Today I ate fairly well, had my 2 protein shakes, some chili, a jimmy dean breakfast sandwich and an italian sub with extra meat. I'm actually still shocked from my weight because I just feel heavier, did my gravitational pull increase? Probably not, but it just feels that way. I'm starting to notice the strength, just a little bit but it is definetly enough to notice. Will do a video log here monday.

    My appetite is getting big dude, I'm starting to notice how little I eat, I just ate 3 tacos at a mexican place and i could so eat again lol

    Today was fortunately just a cardio day
    20 min on the tredmill
    about 15 min at 8.0
    and 5 min around 4.0 just trying to figure out how to plug in my damn ipod to the machine

    Hey whats up everybody today was the 7th day which means after this I'm gonna go fill out the week 1 thread.
    Anyways i got in my back and bi's workout and actually took my pill on time unlike yesterday.
    I ate fairly well today but I dont expect that to continue with finals 6 days away lol.

    As for the patented all I can say is I feel like a freaking rock. Thick, strong, and I have quite the hunger for lifting.

    Had my first final today, rough as hell
    had some candy and burgers to deal with some stomach stress lol kid food

    I think out of all the places I have noticed big improvement the leg area would be number one,
    I've always been afraid to go super high on the box squats but lately they have been getting better
    still feeling super solid
    This stuff is real, I can't imagine whats gonna happen when it hits the market.

    Hello everyone! I'm so excited to be on break! If you didn't know I was in college you do now! I actually get to have a social life! Since most of my days consist of school and the gym. Now I can do the gym and friends and who cares about school!



    I gotta admit even with the caffeine my energy is at an all time high. I'm generally in a good mood almost everyday and I just seem to have a better outlook. Haven't grown a beard like some testers are reporting but I shave often so I don't notice it. Once again I have to say how solid I feel, like I could sink into the ground. I gotta admit my diet has gone to crap since finals but I haven't gained any weight whatsoever infact I probably look better than before. I'm so glad I have a second bottle of this stuff so I can keep running it. Can I run this with test powder or no? I would presume not but who knows.
