once again - this meal before dinner is my smallest calorically, and leanest, and also one with least carbs
is meant to be lean, moderately hi-protein feeding

how bout that meteor exploding over mother Russia yesterday? crazy
russia seems to be the target for these events - this one was largest meteor to strike earth since 1908, when exploded over Siberia and leveled 800 sq mi..
i'm watching Touch last night (love that show), and hear this dude say something that correlates to one of my rants from earlier itt: "the average person is lied to up to 200 times a day"

and in MAX PUMP news: so i took this away from my preWO shake yesterday (truly empty stomach, followed ~20min later w/ shake), and got the stomach discomfort for ~5-10min again..took it today with preWO shake as usual, no issue at all
interesting, and something i definitely feel the creators are going to want to know about
as for effects tho - man they just keep getting better! endurance is shining, recovery awesome, and all-day-pump is sexy..

just happened to notice when you quoted me, it seemed longer than my origianl post
future references, you may want to bolden your response if talking within a quote, makes it easier to see
but anyway, yes i'm from russia, been here in US most my life tho, since childhood..even here tho, i was raised by my grandmother, who was actually from Yugoslavia (the country that is now renamed) - brilliant woman, spoke 7 different languages fluently (inc russian & chinese)..she always spoke to me in russian, so english was not the first language i learned
even today, i tend to "think" sometimes in russian
glad you find my random rants interesting, thx

well..it wasn't quite what i set out to make, but OMG, this was absolutely delish

cal goal ~3500 today, so i simply eliminated one of my feedings, altered a few others
cal goal tomorrow: 3k, on an off day

for those that missed egg mcsnag earlier itt
(still eating this majority of time fro breakfast, prolly 5x weekly)
soo..since i obviously preach importance of diet (not only preach it, but practice it daily), thought maybe it was time to show my rough construct of daily eating..not often do i show a "protocol" anymore - simply because i tweak things quite often (intentionally), just as i do my training etc
i don't want to get caught up in a "well you said you do this, and now you're doing that" type of wasteful conversation
but for now, on my 4000cal diet, generally speaking..something like this:
meal #1: breakfast, comes in ~650-750cals
pre/postWO nutrition (shake): 700-900cals
meal #2: postWO meal, ~450cals
meal #3: 475-550cals
meal #4: 350-425cals
meal #5: 550-700cals
meal #6: most always a shake, ~350-550cals
so you can see, there is built in play, and easy maneuverability
on nonworkout days, of course the pre/post shake goes away..i may (or may not) add cals in at other feedings to partially make up for the missing cals, generally it is a simple matter to just eliminate the cals altogether, as they are not needed in a non-energy expending day..also, since some of these cals surrounding workout are simple (ie dextrose) or simple-compound (ie brown rice syrup), i don't need to consume them if not training
this has been my basic working platform for much of this log..today, i begin the dive into lower cals for a couple days (part of my plan as well), so again simple elimination of the nonpreferred cal sources (ie shakes surrounding training) can easily be eliminated -- whether i am training or not

quick MAX PUMP update:
nothing really new to add, effects still going strong..only thing to add is today, taking upon empty stomach @rising, no stomach effects - however, did get a splitting headache not long afterwards, and it remains in force currently (getting ready to take some advil right now)
this is a first, and obviously not even sure if related to supp at all, simply offering an observation

And also I decided to disregard it and not completely attribute it to Max Pump because A) I was completely fasted for over 14 hours , B) Water and mineral intake were poor the day before.
However it's good that you documented it.
