  1. Good stuff, meal looks great. Next week begins a cut / recomp effort for me. Instead of just trying to cut since I will be adding in 1-Alpha and 550-XD every day. I will work on that picture but with the words too small will make it unreadable.

    quads/calves:

    Vascularity/Pump (1-5)
    pump was just -- silly. srs. in fact, not sure it was a good thing this day LOL
    read on for details..and why not rated a 5
    <4>

    Muscle Endurance/Stamina (1-5)
    this category as labeled, again just fine..higher reps typically for legs, and was performed efficiently and thoroughly
    again read on for details - and agin, why not rated a 5
    <4>

    Muscle Strength (1-5)
    strength levels great, still not going for power yet in my cycling of protocols
    <4.5>

    Overall Physical Performance (1-5)
    okay - let's get involved here
    the intent today was quads/hams/calves (last time before i begin to split up quad/ham work and distribute different bodypart combos)
    in a word: this was failure. literally.
    started out with single-leg extensions to warm up, before advancing to double-leg traditional (this after 7min light cardio)..
    had a pump already after my freakin warm-up..moved to ATG squats (3 sets) before going to DB lunges (2 sets, was getting triple-pumped by now)..then i moved to DB jump squats
    O..M..G.. was a struggle to get my reps on first set, too damn pumped (almost fell over after rep #8, struggled to 12)
    during short rest, knew there was no way i was gonna make it thru this session as planned
    so, gutted out another 2 sets jump squats, ran calves (splitting pump here) and called it a day
    not a big deal, as i will just run ham work & isolations with a back session in a few days, but still felt a little frustration as i just couldn't complete the day i had planned
    with that in mind, rating is..
    <3.5> pump interfering with training, not a good thing

    saturation continues on daily level, is really crazy
    also - for first time, i experienced a little of the stomach upset others have mentioned
    was mild, and passed quickly, but now i can get a sense of what this feedback is
    did not do anything different this day than i had been doing all along either

    Looks good brosef! I ate two cups of beans last night a couple hours before bed hoping the fiber would help clean me out, i.e. BM, so I could have a good weigh in this morning. Totally worked... LOL

  8. Food looks good a huge staple in my diet when taking in carbs is beans, kidney, pinto, & black beans end up being a pretty good amount of the carb intake. Always helps with insulin control and great source of fiber.

    forman grill & stovetop in play again



    5oz 96% lean beef
    7 egg whites (i did add a lil salsa to it)
    1/2c black beans
    broccoli
    ~375cals

    once again - this meal before dinner is my smallest calorically, and leanest, and also one with least carbs
    is meant to be lean, moderately hi-protein feeding
    (a method to my madness)

    7oz sweet potato
    romaine salad w/ bleu cheese & croutons
    ~600cals

    will finish up day ~4k cals again today

    should be a nice pic or two (i mean, purrrr-tee, srs -- will make fumoney's mouth water lol) over the w/e fellaz..stay tuned

    Yessir....and your meals are good for you. Damn, I can sit and eat sweet potatoes all day. I like the white kind though.

    Remember going camping when I was little and my dad used to roast them over open fire. Who needs cake and candy when you have sweet potatoes !

    how bout that meteor exploding over mother Russia yesterday? crazy
    russia seems to be the target for these events - this one was largest meteor to strike earth since 1908, when exploded over Siberia and leveled 800 sq mi..

    i'm watching Touch last night (love that show), and hear this dude say something that correlates to one of my rants from earlier itt: "the average person is lied to up to 200 times a day"

    interesting, and something i definitely feel the creators are going to want to know about
    as for effects tho - man they just keep getting better! endurance is shining, recovery awesome, and all-day-pump is sexy..
