  9. Interesting you say your endurance is ****ty. I think the same thing. I provide a bit of power for someone my size, but just seem to get gassed fairly quickly. But then again, I haven't done any running/cardio in a loooong time.

    Agreed. I was horrible at endurance until these shoulder problems made me use much higher weights. Legs are still crap for endurance though

    You ever try reverse pyramid AB? Do a warmup on bench for example just to get the blood flowing and then bump it right up to your maximum and pyramid down in weight instead of going up. You would have 100% got that 485 if you hadn't done all them sets before

  32. That 485 bench is so serious. I don't care if your spotter upright rowed that ****, it's still a lot of weight to have over you.
