    These are a must for hip stability. I can tell a huge improvement! Concentrate on the motion... Slow and steady. Don't need to go heavy.

    All around great quick workout.

  19. Interesting you say your endurance is ****ty. I think the same thing. I provide a bit of power for someone my size, but just seem to get gassed fairly quickly. But then again, I haven't done any running/cardio in a loooong time.

    Agreed. I was horrible at endurance until these shoulder problems made me use much higher weights. Legs are still crap for endurance though
