It is that time again.....

I got me a new gym membership.... a new product to test.... Let's Fkn Go!
I have to thank Casey and Jacob for another testing opportunity. Casey, I already told you I am pulling all the stops on this ride.... It's going down brother. I'm taking my diet to another level. My training... another level. I will give nothing but my best in those two areas and will deliver an honest and solid critique of this product. Thanks for allowing me another testing opportunity!
So let's get down to it... It's all about the DETAILS.
Training:
I flirted with one of those "Designer" training programs a few weeks ago. Needless to say she got dumped a few weeks after. So here it is... I'm back on my grind with Dex's Ripped program. Why? Because it flat out works for me. My physique is changing in way's I've never seen before. Plus, I've fallen in love with Dead Lifts... so I've come to the conclusion that IF i ever change my training up it must include Deads and Squats.
So the #GymFlow will look like this:
Sunday- Boulda Shouldaz B!
Monday- Squats Squats Squats Squats-Squats Squats-Squats (Lil Jon Voice)
Tuesday- Back/Biceps
Wednesday- Rest/Cardio
Thursday - Chestbrah/Triceps
Friday - Dead Lifts/CobraTraps
Saturday - Rest/Cardio
Diet:
I aim to consume the best things possible for me. Sometimes I fall short, but that is few and far between. My grocery cart can often been seen with Eggs, All kinds of veggies (including potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, celery, carrots, baby spinach and others), fruits (apples, oranges, bananas) Chicken, Steak, Lean Ground Beef, Ezekiel bread, Almond Milk, Whole Wheat Pastas and Wraps, Tuna, Greek Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Nuts and sometimes Ice Cream You will see lots of #foodporn on here. I will keep my diet high in Protein, enough carbs to build, and a good source of healthy fats. My daily goal for protein is around 260g, Carbs are around 140g and Fats are around 30g. This fluctuates depending on what day it is. In general, I "Carb Up" for Leg days. This is all wrapped around IF style Dieting. I typically consume all my calories between 12pm and 8pm. This has been working well. Some days I stretch the fasting part a little longer. And water consumption is +3L a day. I carry a 3L jug around with me and make it a goal to kill at least 1 full jug of water a day to stay hydrated.
Supplementation:
I am going with a "barebones" approach here. The only thing I will be using along side the Patented Anabolic are:
Jack3d Family pwo's (Micro on upper body days, OG on leg days)
Protein (Fast/Slow digesting combo)
Modern BCAA's (White Blue Raz currently)
2 Kre-Alkylan caps pre and post workout... 2 in the morning on non training days.
Thats it. I'm not taking a multi... not taking a fishoil.... not taking an anti-oxidant.... No Prime, AP, or Test Powder ... (Had to hide my stack from myself just so I won't be tempted to take it)... For the next month, I want to feel every thing/ or nothing at all.... whatever the experience might be.. I'm Ready.
Body Facts:
Ht: 6'0"
Wt: 180 as of yesterday
Bf%: not tested yet... estimated to be about 13-15%

Breaking fast as I type this. Last consumption was at 8:30 last night.
Today I'm chowing on a little wrap.. Its a whole wheat wrap stuffed with potatoes, peppers, onions, romaine lettuce, shredded chicken breast seasoned in salsa, topped with jalapenos and colby-jack cheese

Chasing this down with the Patented Anabolic since it just arrived. Also will have a protein shake here in a bit. I look forward to seeing how my week changes here.. The pills are interesting. Doesn't have that herbal smell like Prime, PowerFULL, or even Pink Magic for that matter. White, clear caps. I'm really sore today, so I will note if I experience any changes in how I feel, soreness, mood etc.

Back/Biceps - Patented Anabolic Day 2
So today is my first day dosing PA pre-workout. I dosed 1 PA & 2 Kre-alkylan chased down with 2 scoops of Jack3d Micro at 10:45am this morning in the fasted state. I was operating on a 14 hour fast while working out. Got to the gym just before 11:15am and hit the gym floor right around 11:25am. So you could look at everything being dosed about 40-45mins prior to workout today. Here's a couple things i've noticed... they are unmistakable. First off, I felt a little jittery before doing my first set of anything. Interesting feeling. I usually don't feel jittery at all on micro at 2 scoops. That was the first thing I noticed. Second off, my vascularity was unmistakably visible. More so than normal. I liked the way that looked. Had a decent workout, wasn't my best, wasn't my worst. Good intensity, but something just wasn't clicking all the way today. Hopefully after an off day tomorrow, thursday will be different. Post-workout my third observation is unmistakable. I went and had lunch with my gf and told her I felt a little funky. While I was eating, I was checking out some emails on my phone and she even noticed that I had the shakes. So perhaps this anabolic drives nutrient adsorption up? Not sure what mechanism this thing operates on but maybe causing a decrease in my blood sugars by stimulating nutrient uptake? Needless to say she made me put my phone down and eat. I feel better now, not as jittery and no tremors in my hands anymore. Sucking down a 40g protein shake right now as I type this. This could just be a one time thing. I will continue this regimen unless other wise directed. Perhaps the same thing won't happen on thursday. Until then.. here's the workouts for today.

Much Needed Rest Day - Patented Anabolic Day 3
Took the Anabolic about 30mins ago (9:27am to be exact). Broke my fast this morning at 10am for some breakfast potatoes and French Toast! Not really feeling the negative sides that I experienced yesterday so far. I'll keep everyone posted if I feel like I get jittery again or if I feel like my blood sugar drops again.
Hope everyone smashes their sessions today! Tomorrow I got Chest/Triceps on deck! Gonna be a good session!

Chest/Tricep - Patented Anabolic Day #4
I think its safe to say that the effects of PRIME, Test Powder and AP have completely left my system now. Whats interesting is that I just don't feel as strong as I did on those products. My strength in the gym just isn't feeling the same, and I don't think this is because of the PA (it would be unfair to blame any ill effects on PA on only 4 days use.) This is a true testament to the power those bad boys deliver.
As for the Patented Anabolic notes.... I got the jitters again today after 45 min prior dosing of 2 scoops of Micro/1 PA/ 2 Kre.. I think its important to note that typically when I dose 2 scoops of micro and wait 45mins to train (letting micro kick in) I have never felt this way. So it seems that Micro and PA seem to work together and something is being enhanced. Little bit of post workout shakes.. not near as bad as the other day. Hence why I'm downing some food right now Didn't really see the vascularity in my forearms today like I did on Tuesday. To be honest it wasn't pronounced really at all today, which is fine. I'm not expecting to be vascular in my arms on a chest/tri day like I would be on a back/bicep day. My weight is up. I weighed in at 190.5 today. Mind you my original weight at this new gym was 188lbs. Still waking up lean. I am waking up with hunger pains. This has been prominent for the past two days. This makes fasting a little more of a challenge with the urge to feed my body.
With this jittery feeling, I will ride it out for the rest of the week. I am tempted to dose both Micro and PA closer to 25-30mins prior so that I'm in my lifts when I start to experience this jitter feeling. I may try this next week.

I'm not sure if the weights are heavier being a different brand, or if being off TP and Prime has caused some strength loss. Yup... I usually use Jack3d on leg days for the extra energy and Jack3d Micro for the pumps on upper body days. I'm going to stick with this routine all the way through with the Patented Anabolic.
