  1. AM Workout: Delts, Calves

    Did like 10 warm up sets waiting for something to get open.....ughh!!

    Finally the smith rack was open, pressed from about 90 degrees today, still used 260lbs for 8. 90 degrees! A continuous motion with this, no deadstops, and DEEP!

    Standing Behind Neck Press, worked up to 155 for 10, deadstop on the bottom of every rep! Deep!

    Wide Grip Upright Rows, used 115 for 10

    DB Side Laterals Standing.....heaviest ever was 50lbs for 6......picked up the 30lbs...LOL....picked up the 50lbs...ok...im not sure if I can even get 4-6.....I end up getting 20....with like 10 more left in me...LOL. So went on to use the 70's for 6-8.

    Reverse Pec Deck.....worked up to 250lbs for 2...drop to 210 for 4

    90 Degree slightly behind head Machine Press.....155lbs for 6-8...this machine is incredibly heavy!

    Seated Calf Raise.....worked up to seven 45lbs for 12-15

    Straight Leg Calf Press.....worked up to 400lbs for 10-12

    *Notes*
    -Heavy!!!
    -Rest periods were around 90-120 seconds
    -Tempo, was explosive as possible, but controlled and continuous!
    -Wasn't expected these strength gains lol. Yay me.
    -I may press from that 60-80 degree angle next time, try to use around 300lbs.

  2. So if you guys remember recently I said I would be 220lbs at 10 percent bf by the end of Nov...

    Here we are....

    230lbs....

    At...

    12 percent BF (keep in mind my bf rose significantly after I got to 12 percent the first time....mindset issues...which led to poor actions..)


    I have failed....

    230lbs around the 12 percent range is pretty "acceptable" right? lol

  5. 4 Week Review

    Week 3 This kicks in.

    Kicks in HARD

    Strength
    -Week 3, pretty damn phenomenal.

    Size
    -Week 1, some fast newbie gains of course, then Week 3 is when the money was delivered...and still is delivering!

    Fat Loss
    -Honestly these are more so on the bulking side, though a drying appearance is somewhat noticeable, starting at the end of Week 2.

    Mood Changes
    -Starting in the middle of Week 3.....I literally feel like I have DONE IT ALL. Meaning I feel very very arrogant/confident/crazy! I was laying in bed last night thinking.......DAMN! Why am I acting like this? Im getting so much respect from people lately?!?! Like people are finally praising and bowing down to me? HOOOORAAAY!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!

    ^^ok?

    But anyways....

    **Concerns?
    -Is this "dose" dependent? Do you have to use 1.6ml's 4x a day to get similar results I got? I would have to run this multiple times at various dosing schemes to answer that.
    -Side Effects? NONE.
    -Water Retention? NONE.
    -Weak Joints? Joints are STRONG and Feeling GREAT.
    -GYNO? YES! Oh wait...no...my breast are just really big via bench pressing.

    Had to spend extra time warming up today via cold weather

    -Barbell Curls 100lbs x 20 reps wtf?, 115x8

    -Close Grip Bench Press 275x12 with 5 second eccentrics....DEEP! WTF

    -Lying Barbell Skullcrushers 115x8 ....wtf

    -Incline DB Curl, one arm at a time 45x8.....wtf

    -Lying overhead DB Extensions 45x8 .....wtf?

    -Incline Hammer DB Curls one arm at a time 55x8....wtf

    -Pushdowns st.bar/narrow grip and Arm arm hammer grip, nothing spectacular

    -Supine Grip Chins

    -Tricep Dips

    -Machine Preacher Curls, Stack x 20...wtf

    -Hammer Grip Chins...nothing spectacular

    *Notes*
    -Tempo on every exercise was more of a 31X0, 60 second rest periods....overall sets was problaby around 20 sets each for biceps and triceps, in under 50 mins. No forced reps of course!
    -I put WTF up there because I wasn't expecting to get this strong this fast lol.
    -INSANE PUMP
    -Drenched in sweat!

  13. Maybe barbell curl 115x20, close grip 315 for 12-15, barbell skullcrusher 135x10-15, incline db/hammer curl 65-70lbs for 8 next time, and finish off dips/chins for sets of 20 at the END of a ARM WORKOUT? Hmmmmmmm

    I seriously need a chain /weight belt, even at the end of a workout, bodyweight is still too light. I try to keep it in the "stretched positon" aka partials in its weakest ROM....still too easy....poor monster.

    ALOT of strength. Weight wise im up around 15lbs on every scale I used. Measurements, yes, everything is up a half inch.

    Something tells me ill be 5-10lbs bigger 2morrow from these two rest days. Getting in lots of good quality vitamins/minerals/carbs/antioxidants/protein/LOADS of FAT/water/electrolytes not to mention resting my MIND! First time in a while I can kick back and watch movies and so on! Yay me!

    Trisets!

    90 sec rest between tri-sets!

    15-20 sec break between each set during the tri-set!

    Heavy Seated Cable Rows!
    -300lbs! Stack! 2 Reps! Full Stretch!
    -Goal here was to make the lats contract extremely hard and explosive!

    Hammer Grip Narrow Grip Pullups!
    -Slow Eccentrics! 8-10 seconds each eccentric!
    -Hold peak contraction for 3-4 seconds!
    -Controlled not as explosive concentric!
    -Bodyweight! Why!?!!? Becuz im FAT!
    -Cluster sets on each set aka rest pause.....between cluster sets, I put my lats in its stretched position for 10-15 seconds before I start again!! PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Boom!

    Wide Grip Pulldowns!
    -Slower Concentrics! 6-8 second concentrics!
    -4-5 second Peak Contractions!
    -Controlled eccentric! atleast 3 sec
    -Peak Stretch for 4-5 seconds!
    -120-140lbs, weight wasn't the goal here!

    **Notes**
    -Joints felt weak after taking 2 days off, tried training chest....joints said NO!....tried training quads....joints said NO!.....tried training back....ding ding ding!!! We have a winner! I listnend to my body and gave it something it is not use to! Plus im stronger!
    -INSANE PUMP!
    -Lowering the carbs down to 150 a day! Something ive never ever went close to in along time!! LOL lets do this! Sorry bodyfat....I GOTTA USE YOU AS ENERGY, DO YOU MIND?
    -I PHUCK EVERYTHING IN SIGHT, IM GETTING STRONGER DAILY, IM TIGHTENING UP DAILY!
    -Around 20 working total sets! 7 of those were heavy, the other sets were girly weight and brutal metabolic based work.
    -HEAVY WEIGHTS! METABOLIC BASED SETS! KILLER MINDSET!

  23. Those rest days KILLED ME!

    Took the last few days just to regain what I lost during those 2 rest days....

    Never taking another rest day unless I really need it, like if im doing my nutty weight, super high volume style of training.

    3 plates on close grip bench today felt heavy....weh!

    Pretty much just my pushing strength is down the drain....pulling movements feel strong, for example for biceps I did supine grip pulldowns today, did the whole stack for 20 freakin reps! lol
