Been training seriously for the last 2 years
I am planning on running this at 6 caps a day which will allow me to have a 6 week run.
I am not counting calories right now but am eating big and have been gaining around 1 occasionally 2 lbs a week for the last 6 weeks, so I would estimate that I am getting around 600 cals over maintenance right now. Therefor you should attribute around 6lbs of gain over this cycle to my diet alone.
I am going to be training full-body 3x a week. Basically a modified SS routine. I have not maxed out my potential for linear progression so I am doing something that looks like this:
A - Day
Hanging Leg Raise
Chin-ups (these I mix up BWxF and weighted for multiple low rep sets)
Occasionally I throw in some form of curls before core work.
