    60x10 70x8 80x8 85x6 90x6

    Incline bench
    135x5 155x5 165x5 185x3

    Weighted dips
    BWx10 70x8 90x6 100x5

    cable flies SS pushups (did from lowest point)
    40x15/15 40x12/10 40x10/7 rested a little bit.. 40x15/15

    20 mins cardio tonight.. going to go play some intramural bball tonight

Kinda mad the people who put the intramurel bball together let an actual semi organized team play us(like a ymca league team or something who actually practices and **** )..Im not mad cause they stomped us.. (well a little) but why bring in a team like that too let them stomp on all of the college kids who just wanna have a little fun

    Lol yes. They even had like a coach helping them stretch before the match. They brought their varsity team and jv team from their league.. Like seriously

    135x5 225x5 315x5 325x3 335x3 345x3 365xf my form has been awesome. I stopped because if i would have tried to push through, i would have lost form. Better consistency and volume on these today

    Weighted pullups
    (+25)x8/6/6 (+35)x6/6

    Db rows
    80x15 85x12

    Seated unsupported Db curls
    35x10 each

    Bb rows
    135x15/12

    At 21 its 193. But since Im active i would assume it is higher.

    In our wellness class, were suppose to make our own cardio and flexibility program as well as eat healthier.. Our cardio targets today were 35-75% which mine was 123-164 or somethin today. So i did pretty well.
