Love the feeling of waking up in the morning, and having a hard time moving around.

Legs are sore.....hams, glutes and quads are sore as fuak...

Thank the squats for that.

Have 2weeks holiday now, all the time to get some house work done, train like a beast and eat like a horse....

Will be doing chest and back tomorrow, and recuperate with a nice big turkey at night with friends.

We celibrate 2 christmas days in holland, so tuesday and wednesday rest days with lots of food!!!!

My girl is 15weeks pregnant now, 3rd of January we'll know what the gender will be.

Hoping for a boy....oh well, girl is cool too, just as long it's healthy....
