    I just noticed that 4 weeks ago today was when I started the log...WOW!
    So last night was my last night of the AD-3, and I will also be taking a break from the MassHGH (but I have still been sleeping so well!!!! I am gonna miss that!).

    I definitely had great strength improvements, as noted by the weight of my lifts. I pretty much always felt rested and ready to kill my workouts (except for the carb overload food coma).

    Ugh yes, I will really get it started once things calm down. I had strted it but then there were too many family obligations (dinners, parties, etc.) it wasn't practical for me, but I plan on using as thigns calm down.     That is AMAZING!!!! HOLY MOTHER!!!! WOW that is awesome yeah she was in amazing condition up on that stage in Boston, she deserved her pro card :-D
