    Btw doc, matty and I were talking earlier about it. A binge weekend before you deplete is usually awesome! Don't sweat it at all, means your glycogen is full right now, makes you feel crappy (extra motivation) and gets those last cravings outta the way!

    Well I ate enough to where I don't want to do that again for a very long time! So my diet plan will be two weeks of no carbs, then one carb up day and from then on carbs surrounding my workouts (i.e. carb powder). I feel great already! Yesterday, yes i took a full scoop of speedx3- ugh and I needed. My body was hating me and hating being at the gym! Today I was still a little sore but MUCH better than yesterday!

    You are so very right! I felt disgusting by the end and ready to swear it off forever (for now lol), man my workout really suffered yesterday and alittle bit this morning it is crazy how your body responds or doesn't based on what you fuel it with!
    My msucles are full of glycogen but so is my face and my belly ha ha! I am highly motivated and I think the 2 weeks will be a breeze BECAUSE those cravings are well outta the way- yuck! I do believe this will be a better plan for me to lean out and make gains. I really do feel amazing and it is just the middle of day two.

    Well, I'd been taking HGHPro for a bit before this & I wasn't getting the same sort of recovery I felt before - tried 4 one night, then again, ended up going with 4 for about a week - noticed some extra leanness in the morning. Then had some traveling & forgot them at home. Since then I'm back at 3 -

    I am still sleeping deeply. I only woke up twice last night due to a very full bladder! lol But was able to get back to sleep with no problems! We have also been waking up at 5am the last two days and I have been so tired. I am not sure if it's due to the adjustment in time zones we are going through, the indulgence of carbs over the weekend, the AD-3/Mass HGH stack with the deep sleep but I am all out of whack and I was use to waking up at 430am everyday in Alaska....I am gonna blame it on the carbs for now but will keep you all posted on my morning wake ups

    Today's workout I still took it easy due to aggravated lower back pain (again I blame the bloat and the carbs)

    Squat @ Bar for 20
    @ 95 for 12x2
    @115 for 12, 10
    @ 95 for 15

    Front squat (first time and focused on form/ technique- not weight)
    @ Bar for 15x5

    HS hamstring curl @ 15 for12x4

    Bridge @ 25 plate for 16x4
    Leg press @ 70 for 15x4

    Good mornings @ 20 Bar for 15
    @ 30 Bar for 15
    @ 40 Bar for 12
    @ 50 Bar for 12
    Side step squat@ 20 Bar for 20
    @ 30 Bar for 18
    @ 40 Bar for 16
    @ 50 Bar for 16
    Squat (pulses)@ 20 Bar for 5
    @ 30 Bar for 10
    @ 40 Bar for 10
    @ 50 Bar for 10

    Leg Ext. @ 70 (slow reps) for 10x2, 12, 15

    So I have incorporated the exercises provided to me in the feedback from the thread....I must say I will be thanking my peeps at AM for my SWEET lower half! I hope I am sore tomorrow

    Yeah it sucks but I think cuz we were use to getting up at 430 in Alaska, that when we were sleeping in here on the east coast it was still around the same time as alaska! BUT waking up at 5am here is like 1am in Alaska...just another thing to adjust too! LOL

    I am at about 90gm of fat per day, eating approx 2,000cals. The only carbs I am getting is coming from the leafy greens in my meals
    During contest prep I only had 3 full days of no carbs but it was lower in fats than I am eating now as well as calories...so I was miserable and hungry!!!
    But what I am doing now I can see myself doing for a long period of time, knowing that I have a weekly carb-up day/free meal. I have a ton of energy and my mood is light. WHen I was doing the 100-200 gm carb experiment, I felt sluggish, puffy, and just overall off...plus I think it triggered me to want to eat more carbs! even though the carbs I was eating were clean- oats, and quinoa, and fruit...I am loving this!

    How would you compare the level of intensity for your workouts on moderate carb vs low/no carb??

    For me living off of no carbs right now and my intensity level is pretty high! I cannot describe how amazing I feel right no but it's pretty f'n good!!!
    When I was playing around with moderate carb intake...my intensity level was just about the same but my motivation was off. I just felt all and all sluggish. WIth no/low carbs right now my head is clear and my energy is high which in turn makes my intensity increase too.
    This is day 3...and maybe I am just burning off the excess I had over the weekend. I will definitely let you know as I go :-D

    As you probably know diet is the biggest factor in type of weight loss, or even muscle gain for that matter. But if the both of you are looking for some extra help along the way I would recommend Oxy ECA Black by LeCheek. I actually used this during my final weeks of competition prep. It helped to curb my appetite, and still helped with added energy to fuel my workouts.
    If you you both are looking for something stim free, I was told by Matty that HyperT2 works really well.
