    Bro I been slacking hardcore on the logs. and my sales have been falling too... I gotta get back on top of that before I get fired
    I am about to come off for winter and just eat eat eat.

    My diet has been hit or miss. I wanted to be more photo ready but man I just don't have this diet stuff honed in as of yet.

    For those are curious
    From picture 1 to 2 was Super DMZ 2.0

    After the DMZ 2.0 I threw in the Cyanostane RX and that brought me from Pic 2 to Picture 3

    I ran the same level of test throughout the whole cycle

    I tell them to spend weekends at home cuddled up on the couch with their ladies instead of out at the bar.

    I am a huge fan of Cyanostane RX.
    Especially at 4caps a day. But I am not "recommending" that for anyone!

    Sides never seem to catch up to me unless its Gyno related sides, but thats not an issue with Cyanostane

    Thanks man. Its funny how drastically my diet impacts my workouts as I get bigger.
    Like my diet was **** friday-monday and Tuesday workout was rediculously bad. Light weight felt heavy, etc.

    Definitely impacts me a lot. So I am actually making an excel spreadsheet with 7 meal times and am going to try to stay on it

    Ik what u mean. Diet sure is everything. It's what gives u size, helps u cut, gives u strength and energy. It does it all. It's always good to have diet in check or Atleast semi looked at. What u eat the day before is what gives u a good workout the next day. I found calorie count for iPhone works wonders for macros. Look into it.

    I just started my bulk as well and I was always a lean guy but not to big in size and always low to no carbs at times. Now on my first bulk (currently) I incorporated carbs 150-200 and I upped calories to 2800-3000 per day from never going above 2300. So it's a change for me as well. I'm eager to see how this new diet treats me. what u planning in terms of diet? Ex macros?

    20oz milk + 3 scoops Whey protein, 5 eggs 20oz milk + 2 scoops Whey Tuna Subway Milk 20z + 2 scoops whey Water + 2 scoops whey Chicken and rice Greek yogurt, bear naked nuts
    Milk: C: 200, P: 20, Carb: 30, F:0. 3 scoops whey: 360 calories. Eggs: 400 calories Milk: C: 200, P: 20, Carb: 30, F:0. Protein: C: 260 C: 1120, P: 44, Carb:106, Fat: 56 Milk: C: 200, P: 20, Carb: 30, F:0. Whey: 260 calories Whey: 260 calories
