Like my diet was **** friday-monday and Tuesday workout was rediculously bad. Light weight felt heavy, etc.
Definitely impacts me a lot. So I am actually making an excel spreadsheet with 7 meal times and am going to try to stay on it
Ik what u mean. Diet sure is everything. It's what gives u size, helps u cut, gives u strength and energy. It does it all. It's always good to have diet in check or Atleast semi looked at. What u eat the day before is what gives u a good workout the next day. I found calorie count for iPhone works wonders for macros. Look into it.Originally Posted by kBrown

Now on my first bulk (currently) I incorporated carbs 150-200 and I upped calories to 2800-3000 per day from never going above 2300. So it's a change for me as well.
