    My physical goals
    -Get down to 12 percent bodyfat (short term, by the end of this month)
    -Get down to 6 percent bodyfat (long term, will happen within the next 2 months)

    Where am I now?
    -Well 3 months ago I thought my bodyfat was under 20 percent, reality kicked in, measured via Machine(32.8) and calipers(30), I was not in the best shape!. So in 3 months ive dropped 15 percentages of bodyfat, took my bodyweight from 207 to 215(currently) during this huge drop in bodyfat.
    -Machine bodyfat censor said I was 16.6 and the calipers say im 14, empty stomach bodyweight is at 215.

    How will I dose this?
    -3 Servings a day spreaded out, morning / pre workout / night time. (about a 3-5 hour spread within each dose)

    -Alot of stretching, high volume, short rest periods, taking the muscle through its entire biomechanical range of motion, a hypertrophy training protocol, looks like this.
    1)Warm the CNS up (low rep multijoint movements until force comes more natural and joints feel lubricated / heart rate ramped)
    2)Take muscle through its entire biomechanical range of motion
    3)Reach nerual adaptation (in which you get STRONGER during your workout)
    4)Once im fatigued by about 20 percent, its time to stop the workout.
    -How many sets is this? It depends. When I started this I could only handle like 15 sets, now it takes me a minimum of 35 sets to reach about 20 percent of fatigue on my lifts.

    How will it benefit you from following this log?
    -Will be posting motivational content (consistency and dedication is much stronger than 1g of Test with a lack of consistency and dedication!)
    -Will be posting non-generic articles on training / nutrition
    -Ill put in the extra time to make sure who ever is following this gets a fire lit under their a$$ to keep the drive alive!

    For those of you following this log, Nico1 will be killing me in the gym everyday. This dude has a superhuman nervous system.

    Quads / 10/3/12

    CNS Warm up
    -Lunges / Squats until joints are lubricated / quads have a good pump / mindset is ready to smash it

    Welcome to the Jungle.
    -Box Squats (narrow stance / simulates a hack squat) (tempo 3010) (rest periods varied between 10 seconds to 3 mins)
    455x8
    315x8
    225x10
    405x15
    225x12

    -Front Squats (2-3 min rest periods, 3010 tempo / narrow stance)
    225x14
    275x12

    -Leg Press Hundreds with 8 plates each side (rest periods between each set was around 30-60 seconds)(shoulder width stance)

    8 plates x 15
    8 plates x 15
    8 plates x 10
    8 plates x 6
    8 plates x 4 (literally the last rep barely happened!)

    -Lunges (3 min rest periods, 3010 tempo)
    40lb db's in each hand until you can't lunge no more, and when that happens, you rest 10-20 seconds, pick that damn weight back up and lunge again until you can't lunge at all (4 sets total)

    -Leg Extensions Hundreds (varried with leaning back and sitting upright to put the hip joint / quads in its shortened position and its lengthened position) (rest periods between each set was from 10-30 seconds) (2111 tempo)

    -Felt like passing out / dying during this workout

    -Nico1 was able to do like 10 more sets than me AND take much shorter rest periods.....im still trying to adapt to this training style, love it so far.
    -That big heat wave messed up my sleep for the last 2 days UGHHH
    -Pre Workout.....1 tablespoon of EPIC / 1 serving of GHenerate
    -Intra Workout.......20 servings of GHenerate / more EPIC.....I needed everything to keep me alive during this workout!
    -Post Workout.....1 tablespoon of EPIC / 4 servings of GHenerate (don't copy my dosages folks lol, was doing this just for the hell of it, mainly to keep my energy / focus up!) aka keep me alive mayne!

    Were your legs getting that shaking jello-ness the last rep of the leg press? Mine do that and then I know I've done good. Can't walk right after for a bit and even then not too well! LOL!

    -Not a typical girl that just lays on her damn back and expects you to do EVERYTHING! She works me big time, thank god!

    Duration
    -I think under an hour, I got too damn tired!

    Any differences so far with sperm quality / erection hardness / sexual desire / performance?
    -Not yet, but then again yesterday I trained legs so I was freakin ' wiped out.

    **Extra
    -Liquid T-911 dose is at 1ml 3x a day
    -1-GH-1, going to find the sweet spot for me, tried 3 caps before bed last night, no change in sleep quality yet.
    -GHenerate, 5 sprays first thing in morning, 5-10 sprays intra workout, 5 sprays pre bed.
    -7-Keto Spray, 20 sprays 3-4x a day
    -Mood changes yet? Not yet.

    -Reverse Pec Deck (30 second rest periods 3111 tempo)
    130x8-15 (5 sets)

    -Side Lateral Machine (30 second rest periods 3111 tempo)
    40-80 lbs for 8-20 reps (4 sets here)


    *Notes*

    -Incredible Focus today, never really had this focus/desire/maturity during a workout before.
    -Only had time for a quick workout today, about 25 mins, did what I had time to do! (barely even fatigued!)

    Keep shoulder blades protracted during your rear delt movements, keep shoulders down during side laterals, keep your ribcage tucked in / abs tight during your pressing movements, vary your tempo / feel the muscle working / strive to make each workout more dense(density means more work+shorter time frame) and watch your delts grow!

    -Close Grip Bench Press (2010 tempo, 2-3 min rest periods)

    -Superset V-Bar Pushdowns / One arm Supine Grip Pushdowns (2221 tempo, 30 second rest between supersets)
    2 sets each

    -Overhead Extensions with Barbell / Narrow Grip (2222 tempo, 30 sec rest periods)
    60x15
    70x8 drop set to 30x15

    -Weighted Dips (2010 tempo)
    2 plates attached to my waist x 12 drop to BW x 10

    Heavy ab work

    *Notes*
    -Again only had time for a quick 30 min workout, did all I had time for! Yes im undertraining big time, I know.
    -Update! Bodyfat is down a whole percentage in a couple days, bodyweight is still around 216! Morning weight! WIN!
    -Same Pre Workout Protocol (two i-gh-1 caps pre workout / 1 serving EPIC / 1 serving GHenerate(2servings intra)
    -Added 1 cap of Formadrol 1 Cap AM, 1 cap PM
