My physical goals
-Get down to 12 percent bodyfat (short term, by the end of this month)
-Get down to 6 percent bodyfat (long term, will happen within the next 2 months)

Where am I now?
-Well 3 months ago I thought my bodyfat was under 20 percent, reality kicked in, measured via Machine(32.8) and calipers(30), I was not in the best shape!. So in 3 months ive dropped 15 percentages of bodyfat, took my bodyweight from 207 to 215(currently) during this huge drop in bodyfat.
-Machine bodyfat censor said I was 16.6 and the calipers say im 14, empty stomach bodyweight is at 215.
How will I dose this?
-3 Servings a day spreaded out, morning / pre workout / night time. (about a 3-5 hour spread within each dose)

Training?
-Cardio 5x a week, 40 min Low Intensity sessions (though this will change once my damn foot fungus / infection heals up, right now I can't do any kind of hard foot rubbing via running/sprinting)
-Alot of stretching, high volume, short rest periods, taking the muscle through its entire biomechanical range of motion, a hypertrophy training protocol, looks like this.
1)Warm the CNS up (low rep multijoint movements until force comes more natural and joints feel lubricated / heart rate ramped)
2)Take muscle through its entire biomechanical range of motion
3)Reach nerual adaptation (in which you get STRONGER during your workout)
4)Once im fatigued by about 20 percent, its time to stop the workout.
-How many sets is this? It depends. When I started this I could only handle like 15 sets, now it takes me a minimum of 35 sets to reach about 20 percent of fatigue on my lifts.
How will it benefit you from following this log?

For those of you following this log, Nico1 will be killing me in the gym everyday. This dude has a superhuman nervous system.

CNS Warm up
-Lunges / Squats until joints are lubricated / quads have a good pump / mindset is ready to smash it
Welcome to the Jungle.
-Box Squats (narrow stance / simulates a hack squat) (tempo 3010) (rest periods varied between 10 seconds to 3 mins)

-Front Squats (2-3 min rest periods, 3010 tempo / narrow stance)

-Leg Press Hundreds with 8 plates each side (rest periods between each set was around 30-60 seconds)(shoulder width stance)

-Lunges (3 min rest periods, 3010 tempo)
40lb db's in each hand until you can't lunge no more, and when that happens, you rest 10-20 seconds, pick that damn weight back up and lunge again until you can't lunge at all (4 sets total)
-Leg Extensions Hundreds (varried with leaning back and sitting upright to put the hip joint / quads in its shortened position and its lengthened position) (rest periods between each set was from 10-30 seconds) (2111 tempo)

Were your legs getting that shaking jello-ness the last rep of the leg press? Mine do that and then I know I've done good. Can't walk right after for a bit and even then not too well! LOL!
