    Starting Farenheit Nutrition GF-AMA today as part of my NPC Texas State Naturals Bikini contest prep. A little behind from where I should be at 6 weeks out, but we shall see. I'll update with pics tomorrow. I should note I am on a Keto Diet - 97g protein (lbm), 80-85g fat and >40g carbs, mostly from avocados, almonds, peanut butter. Carb Loading biweekly (135g Friday afternoon-evening, 225 Saturday) with a small refeed 50g carbs 1/2way point.

    Other supps include:

    Pre-cardio - 3g Glutamine, BCAA's, Alphamine (2 scoops)

    Post-Cardio - 3g Glutamine, BCAA's

    7:00 M1 - 200 mcg chromium picolinate, B Complex, Glusosamine, safflower oil (2), FISH OIL (1), Erase (2)

    10:00 M2 - Safflower Oil (2), Fish Oil (1)

    1:00 M3 - Multi, B Complex, glusosamine, Safflower Oil (2)

    3:00 - Alphamine (1 scoop)

    4:00 M4 - Safflower Oil (2), Fish Oil (1)

    Pre-workout stack - 200mg Caffeine, 8g Citrulline malate, 3g Beta alanine, 5g Acetyl-l-carnitine, 4g L-tyrosine & GF-AMA
    Other: 3g Creacore, 3g Glutamine, 2 BCAA's

    Post-workout - 3g Creacore, 3g Glutamine, 2 BCAA's

    Bed - 5-HTP, Safflower oil (2)

    I actually just started Alphamine and Erase too, took it a couple times last week. ECA is a lot more intense. Definitely notice the appetite suppressant, but I don't feel jittery or "awake" from it.
